Heard that this is by Ex-Olivia Head Chef and my expectations were high. Starters Jamon Iberico Croquettes featuring a creamy bechamel sauce with melting ham in a crispy potato crust. Their signature was Happy Eggggg, served in a martini glass with mutiple layers: truffle sabayon, a 65°C onsen egg, roasted pumpkin coulis, crispy jamon chips, brown butter sourdough croutons, with a verdant chervil and dill salad. Explosion of flavours for this dish. Padron peppers had a salty flavour which was great snack for munching. Iberico pork ribs were literally flame torched in the front of ur face with Thyme exuding smoky and intense caramelised flavours to the ribs and was one of the best of the night. The butter that came with the sourdough was just exquisite. Mussel was nicely done with the accompanying creamy sauce. Paella came with aesthetics shrouded in a smoky cloud which was exposed upon uncovering the lid. Pure aesthetics

We had the $38++ set lunch (vegetarian) which was quite value-for-money. It comes with unique selection of tapas, 1 main, and 1 dessert. You do need to top up a significant amount to change the torrijas to a cheesecake, however, the cheesecake is made by an ex-Olivia chef so it is very good and unique. The craft cocktails are prices similar to most other upscale bars in SG ($25++) but offer unique flavour profiles. My favourites were the purple corn one and habenero spicy one. The set lunch is quite filling however the a la carte veggie dishes seems rather pricy for the quantity. We tried the veg paella which tasted good but lacked the iconic crispy rice at the bottom and was quite expensive. Overall, I would recommend Amor for the set lunch! Especially if you’re vegetarian because it’s hard to come by a well-curated vegetarian set meal in Singapore.

Atmosphere ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amor offers a warm and intimate Spanish-inspired ambience with an open-concept kitchen where you can watch the chefs cook over fire and plate each dish with precision. It's lively yet elegant—perfect for date nights or celebrations. Signature Cocktails 🍸 The Yellow Lady is slightly smoky with a gentle spicy finish, ideal if you enjoy bold cocktails. The Blood of the Sun is earthy, smooth, and lightly sweet, making it an easy favourite for those who prefer a softer flavour profile. Both paired beautifully with the meal. The Dishes 🍽️ We were welcomed with a refreshing complimentary watermelon steeped in sangria before enjoying a selection of dishes crafted with Michelin-star expertise. The Iberico pork ribs were incredibly tender with a silky, melt-in-your-mouth texture, while the seabream had perfectly crispy skin and moist, flaky meat. For dessert, don't miss the Hazelnut & Almond Lava Cake—rich, molten, creamy, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. Overall, Amor delivers an elevated Spanish dining experience with excellent food, well-crafted cocktails, and a beautiful atmosphere that's worth returning for.

Forgot to take pictures of the dishes but we tried - Tapas - Mussels - Tapas - Prawn Gambas - Tapas - Sourdough - Main- Happy Eggggg - Main - Short Ribs We were most impressed by the short ribs. The texture was so perfectly tender. The flavour combinations were amazing. Glad we ordered the sourdough to go with the sauces in the mussel dish and the gambas. Pity that those dishes didn’t come with any bread! We had an issue with one of the tapas dishes but Michael J did such an amazing service recovery. He explained the intention behind the execution of the dish while making us feel cared for and listened to. I could have easily felt awkward and uncomfortable for raising the issue up, but his hospitality is top notch. All the service staff were very eager and friendly, which sometimes can be repetitive and overwhelming - at one point we had 3 different people asking if we wanted to order dessert, or a few people explaining the same dish. Just need to iron out some kinks like this, otherwise the service is very caring and friendly.

Had a wonderful lunch date at Amor and it was an experience we'd happily return for. The lunch set offers great value, and every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. Our favourites were the Ibérico croquettes, the Traditional Ibérico Roast, the Salmon La Plancha and the Basque Burnt Cheesecake, which was one of the best we've had. The vegetarian dishes were equally impressive, especially the grilled artichokes. The Hibiscus Fizz was light and refreshing, while my husband really enjoyed the signature cocktail. What made the meal even more memorable was the warm and attentive service from the team, who made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout. A lovely spot for a date or special occasion, and we're already looking forward to coming back for our anniversary.

Amor’s lunch set is one of those meals that leaves you pleasantly surprised from start to finish. For $38++, you get to enjoy a selection of beautifully crafted Spanish tapas, a main, and a dessert, making it incredible value for the quality and creativity of the dishes. Every course felt thoughtfully put together, with fresh ingredients and bold yet balanced flavours. The tapas were a great introduction to the meal, the main was satisfying without feeling too heavy, and the Basque burnt cheesecake was the perfect sweet ending. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself is stunning. The Gaudí-inspired interiors create a warm, elegant atmosphere that’s perfect for both business lunches and leisurely catch-ups. If you’re looking for a lunch spot in the CBD that’s a little more special without breaking the bank, Amor is definitely worth adding to your list.

Had a wonderful dinner at Amor and it truly felt like a little escape to Barcelona. The Jamón Ibérico Croquettes, Gambas al Ajillo, and Mediterranean Seafood Paella were all incredibly delicious, and the seafood was so fresh. The Wagyu Short Rib was perfectly grilled and melt-in-your-mouth tender. We ended with the signature Molten Chocolate Cake with ice cream, which was absolutely satisfying after a wholesome meal. Great food, beautiful ambience, and excellent cocktails. Highly recommend for date nights or anyone craving authentic Spanish food in Singapore!

Amor on Amoy Street gave us an evening we'll remember for a long time to come. Every dish was made with real care, from the garlicky gambas al ajillo and crispy croquetas to the smoky grilled octopus and a jaw dropping tomahawk steak carved right at our table. What truly moved us was the warmth behind it all. The restaurant manager treated us like family, not just guests and every waiter and waitress looked after us with such genuine attentiveness that it felt personal, not routine. Paired with the beautiful decor and music that wrapped the whole night in the perfect mood, it became one of those rare dinners that stays with you long after the last bite. Amor is proof that great food and real heart can come together perfectly. We already can't wait to go back. Thank you Team Amor!
