Casa Mori offers a modern take on Spanish cuisine, with thoughtfully presented dishes that bring creative touches to familiar flavours. The standout dish is the chicken with scallion garnishing, served in a claypot, while the ice dessert offers a simple, refreshing taste of Asia. These dishes feel more distinctly Asian than Spanish, giving the menu an interesting regional character. The food is enjoyable overall, although some flavours could be more refined and consistent. The dining experience is pleasant, with a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. A good choice if you’re looking for a contemporary interpretation of Spanish food with Asian influences, though there is still room to further elevate the execution

Totally falling in love with Casa Mori's interior design done in neutral tones with window-shaped arch mirrors and huge tree-inspired columns. It's spacious with a touch of warm and elegance. The Mushroom Croquetas were generously filled with an earthy and savoury mushroom filling, while the Kalipoquetas offered a local twist that tasted almost exactly like a curry puff, with chicken, curry, potatoes and curry aioli packed within. The Garlic Huajiao Prawns, Casa Mori’s take on the classic gambas al ajillo. The prawns were tender and sat on a garlic confit base, bathed in a fragrant sauce infused with Sichuan peppercorns. The toasted sourdough was crisp and perfect for mopping up the spicy, numbing sauce. The Black Cod came garnished with Chinese olive mustard leaf and Japanese takana. The cod was delicate, buttery and melt-in-the-mouth tender, with a subtle fresh sweetness. Paired with the salty and tangy pickled vegetables, the contrasting flavours complemented nicely. For drinks, we had the Virgin Kaffir Lime Mojito and Sour Plum Oolong Fizz. Both were tangy, fizzy and refreshing - a nice palate cleanser that awakened tastebuds. The Hokkien Mee Fideua, fell short of expectations. I was expecting thick bee hoon and yellow noodles, but it tasted more like fried bee hoon served with seafood and bacon. It was flavourful and slightly smoky with some nice crispy bits, but the familiar Hokkien mee flavours and satisfaction were missing. After a few scoops, it started tasting rather flat, and we wished for some sambal or cut chillies to perk it up. The Pear Tart was served warm with vanilla ice cream. The flaky, buttery tart paired nicely with the mildly sweet caramelised pears, while the ice cream added a creamy contrast. A light dessert that cut through the richness of the meal. Overall, Casa Mori has a tranquil and cosy setting. I had expected a little more of the food. Nothing was particularly bad, but neither was it wow or amazing.

Had a really enjoyable meal at Casa Mori. The spring chicken was nice and tender, and the burrata sandwich was tasty and satisfying. The curry potato and truffle mushroom were also great as side dishes and went really well with the meal. The churros were nice too, although the kaya dip was a bit of a miss for me. Overall, a pleasant dining experience with several dishes we really enjoyed. Would be happy to come back and try more of the menu.

Aira’s service was exceptional above all else. She was so friendly, welcoming, and gave us fantastic food recommendations! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a unique dining experience that blends local flavors with Spanish fusion. For starters, we ordered the Garlic Huajiao Prawns and Iberico Secreto Satay. As for mains, we had the Squid Ink Fried Rice and Spring Chicken. The starters had quite strong sauces and seasonings, so it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't taste the natural flavors of the ingredients as much. Also, if you’re not a fan of Mala/Sichuan peppercorn flavors, I’d suggest choosing something other than the garlic prawns! The squid ink fried rice was tasty—maybe not as unforgettable as the chicken, but still delicious and definitely worth trying at least once. The main highlight was the Spring Chicken—it was so delicious that you must try it! It was cooked so tenderly that it ranks among the top 2 chicken dishes I've ever had in Singapore! For dessert, we ordered the Mochi Churros. As a dessert lover, I absolutely enjoyed them! They came with both chocolate and Kaya sauces, but pairing them with the Kaya sauce was by far the better combination! With its wonderful ambiance and exceptionally friendly staff, I highly recommend visiting for a special anniversary or occasion!

The ambience was warm, vibrant and perfect for a celebration. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and full of flavour – definitely worth the visit! A special mention to the team, who were all incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful throughout the evening. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Highly recommended!

Southeast Asian X Spanish flavours at the newly opened Casa Mori. What brought me here was the nicely charred Hokkien Mee Fideua 🤩. Clever twist on our local favourite by substituting the pork belly with bacon and the sambal aioli which actually adds another dimension to the prawn broth infused fideo. Server told us we could actuallyrequest for more sambal aioli if we needed more kick. Not forgetting the Kar Li Pok disguised as Croqueta. Grilled Octopus with Cincalok was okie, would have preferred potato puree instead of sliced potatoes. Ending the meal with the black sesame basque cheesecake. Nutty and bitter with coconut sorbet on the side which was actually better than the cheesecake itself.

We came here for a birthday celebration, the food was extremely delicious and appetizing. Definitely fusion food done right. We ordered the spring chicken, pork ribs, suckling pig, hokkien mee, squid ink fried rice, grilled octopus, and steak. I particularly enjoyed the spring chicken but everything was good. The staff were extremely attentive, constantly checking up on us, changing our plates and refilling our waters. Special shoutout to our servers, Michelle, Anne and Aira for the amazing service. Good place to celebrate a special occasion or if you simply crave a good fusion meal. Would come again.

Casa Mori at Dempsey has a quiet and elegant presence, set within one of the old low-rise heritage buildings that gives Dempsey its distinctive charm. The weathered tiled roof, bamboo blinds, white columns and lush tropical planting create a calm, resort-like arrival. It feels slightly hidden from the city, which is precisely the beauty of Dempsey — a place where dining and lifestyle spaces sit gently among greenery and history. The frontage is simple but tasteful. The dark signage, warm timber tones and generous planters give Casa Mori a refined yet relaxed character. It does not shout for attention; instead, it invites you in quietly, with a sense of privacy and understated style. A pleasant spot for those who enjoy the slower, leafy atmosphere of Dempsey.
