Atmosphere & Vibe
Noor reveals a moody, highly sophisticated, and intimate setting. The dark green velvet curtains, warm ambient lighting, and brass accents (especially those retro mushroom-shaped lamps) give the space a cozy yet undeniably upscale "speakeasy" feel. The lush floral arrangements on the bar and the silhouette of the bartender in action add a touch of theatrical flair, making the environment feel lively without being chaotic.
The Bar & Cocktail Scene
While I started my meal with a glass of IxsIr Altitudes Red, the pink cocktail with its heavily spiced rim is a strong testament to their mixology. They clearly take their drinks seriously, offering vibrant, well-crafted cocktails alongside the high-end food. Watching the bartenders work up close, surrounded by the well-stocked glassware and moody decor, makes for an excellent solo dining experience or a relaxed date night. The service (handled by Sarah) appears attentive and polished.

It's a refreshing, light start that wakes up the palate.
Decadent Showstopper: Mila Zaki ($68)

The meat is grilled over the charcoal until it develops a beautiful smoky crust while staying incredibly buttery and melt-in-your-mouth tender on the insid
