NOOR Singapore - Mediterranean × Japanese Kitchen & Bar

Came here for a friend’s birthday and we were absolutely floored by the food here!! I don’t usually like fusion food but this was SO WELL DONE. We ordered the shok bread, mezze, maguro harissa crispy rice (MY FAV), tzatziki yakitori, ebi freekeh risotto, lamb hummus. for dessert we had the choc mousse and pistachio mousse, which was really impressive too. The service was amazing as well, they noticed when our napkins were dirty and replaced them with fresh ones, and gave us shots!! Will definitely be back!!!

Had a wonderful evening at NOOR. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the combination of Mediterranean and Japanese flavours was truly unique. A special thank you to the staff (Apple, Focus and Tao) for their warm, attentive and professional service. Everyone was friendly, thoughtful and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. Great food, beautiful ambience and exceptional service — definitely a place I’d love to come back to. ✨

Special shoutout to Moses who was especially welcoming and recommended great dishes for my partner and I. Atmosphere was boisterous on a Tues night and it was quite a crowd despite the intense competition along this stretch of Mohamed Sultan. Food was interesting but thought that the claimed Japanese influence could have shone through more. It was otherwise lacking slightly in flavor. Service was top-notch though!

Was excited to try this place since it I’ve seen a few post on social media about it and the it’s a fusion between Mediterranean and Japanese. Honestly, I wanted to love the food but I felt the flavors could be better. Also the food came out super fast, would’ve like if it could be spaced out so we have the chance to enjoy each dish. It felt like I needed to eat fast because who likes cold meat and ramen.

Really enjoyed Noor! Such a down-to-earth place with a great, vibey atmosphere. The food was good, love the Karai margarita, the vibes were even better, and it’s the kind of spot that feels relaxed and unpretentious. Definitely a nice place to chill, eat and have a good time. Special shoutout to Sarah and everyone else, super cool crew! Would come back!

First time visiting Noor to celebrate my good friend's birthday! The staff were super friendly and constantly made sure we had everything we needed. Moses was an amazing host who made us feel completely comfortable, and the chef even came by to ask for our feedback on the food. For a Tuesday night, the restaurant was packed—always a great sign! Highly recommend. Love the HamachubTartlet, Maguro Harissa and Ebi Freekah Risotto 😋

The bread and the mezze platter is a must order. The bread came piping hot and paired with the dips, it was great! The short rib was very tender and delicious as well.

had the tartlet, gyoza, crispy rice, bread! we really enjoyed the dips and bread! music is a little confusing across multiple genres hahhaha but great place overall!! thank you for having us 🩷
