When reporting a problem, it helps to include your username, your device (e.g. iPhone 15, Pixel 8), and what you were doing when the problem happened. Screenshots are gold.
Your account and data
You can edit your profile and notification preferences from the app's settings. To delete your account and personal data, follow the steps on Delete your account — it works from the app or by email, no app required. How we handle data generally is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Places and reviews
Spotted a place that's missing, moved, or closed? You can submit new places and suggest edits directly in the app — the community keeps the map honest. To report a review that breaks our Community Guidelines, email us with a link or screenshot and we'll look into it.
