Food was great! Affordable, authentic, most importantly delicious. Beef tartare w chips was my personal favorite. Fresh beef seasoned perfectly, it was balanced, right amount of acidity to cut through the raw beef. Paired with fried chips, fun texture sensation in my mouth. Duck confit was slightly disappointing, meat was tough and on a dry side. Sliced through and snapped a pic for reference. Flavor was underwhelming. Beef bourguignon with Coquillettes, was hearty and filling. Having both components together was harmonious as carbs was not overly seasoned and captures the deep flavor from bourguignon. Service was underwhelming, we were not made know of dishes which were sold out. We were only informed when we tried ordering those particular dishes, then we had to spend sometime to think about what to order. Would be ideal for staff to highlight dishes which are sold out from the start. Due to service, giving this review 4 star. Will give Les Ducs another chance for redemption as food is great! Overall meal came to about $75, good value for money. Will revisit to try other dishes 😋

Affordable hearty French Lunch with mains from $15, NO service charge ✨ Les Ducs introduces Bouillon, a lunch menu inspired by the simple, comforting dishes of French home cooking and traditional brasseries. Drawing from recipes reminiscent of the meals that chef @louis.pacquelin grew up with, the fuss-free menu is well-priced for quick business lunches or relaxed afternoon meals. 🍗 We love the Roasted Chicken Leg with mushroom sauce and french fries! Tender, creamy, hearty with crispy fries. $15 is really a good deal imo. 🐚 Scallops with butter sauce and fried rice is a lil more ex but still very reasonable (if you’re familiar with scallop prices 🫢) at $30. The sauce pairs perfectly, giving it a savoury touch to the sweet, succulent scallop and special shoutout to the fried rice? i love it, a tad oily but SO flavourful For starters, we had the Duck Rillettes $8, Le bouillon Les Duc $12 which is chicken broth with noodles (I love this but the wife not so much cause of the vinegar). Desserts priced at $8, $9. We understand that this lunch is available from Mon to Sats. You may check their official channels @lesducs.sg for the latest update.

The food was hit or miss. Certain dishes were exceptional, but others were lacklustre. We ordered three dishes. Bone marrow & sourdough, the Sausage & mash, and lastly the Salmon & rice thingy. The bone marrow was great and so was the sourdough, however the only gripe i have with it was the portion size. The two pieces of bone marrow that came were barely able to cover one piece of sourdough. As for the salmon, it was cooked perfectly, the sauce was great too. However, there was nothing about it that stood out. What was good was the sausage & mash. The sausage itself was perfect, not too peppery and had a good bite to it. The mash was velvety and super smooth, it paired really well with the sausage. Gravy that came with the mash was not too overpowering and was seasoned to perfection, heling it pair super well with everything else.

Came here for lunch with a small group of friends on a Friday and it’s one of those places where you can really just order the entire menu! Which we almost did but ended up getting doubles of a few things. Great service amazing food. Forgot to take pictures of all the other dishes!

Tried Les Ducs tonight and had a really great experience. The food was rich, comforting and very well executed without feeling overly heavy. Standouts for us were the œuf mollet aux morilles, vin jaune & comté (the sauce was incredible), the lobster rigatoni, and the croque prata with comté, ham & black truffle. Also, excellent wine selection! Desserts were also excellent, especially the clafoutis!! What really made the night though was the service. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely lovely throughout, and Chef Louis was exceptional. You can really feel the care behind the experience. Would happily come back again

We were supposed to have dinner at a restaurant opposite this place, but they messed up our reservation, so we ended up walking here instead. We started with the chickpea fritters with furikake mayonnaise. They look like fries, but definitely don’t taste like them — and the furikake mayo really helped kickstart our appetite. The Angus T-bone with Kampot black pepper sauce is a must-try. We shared it among three, ordered it medium, and it was cooked perfectly. Paired with the sauce and garlic, it was a match made in heaven. The lobster rigatoni, however, was a miss for us. Not quite sure why, but I’d personally go for the black truffle macaroni gratin over this. Overall, a great experience. The staff were attentive, and while there’s a longer wait for the T-bone, it’s definitely worth it.

Google says 4.8 stars but we say 3.6 stars We loved the decor, loved the vibey French music playing, and we (more or less) loved the food. The standouts were the scallops with fried rice, steak tartare and the mash from the sausage. The bone marrow, escargot and sausage were fine, nothing life-changing. The server asked if we wanted more sourdough for the bone marrow when really she should have asked if we wanted more sourdough for our steak tartare - the steak tartare came with what seemed like the frozen sort of fries which I felt let down a standout dish. In fact, if they'd served their wonderful steak tartare with chips out of a bag or freshly-fried potato chips, that would have worked better and made better sense than the fries. Anyway, we asked for a serving of sourdough for our steak tartare and it took almost half an hour to arrive... If it didn't take so long to arrive, we would have been able to try dessert, but our annoyance had compounded with the food settling in our stomachs, so no chocolate mousse. The chicken broth, I asked for without noodles because "thank you gluten-intolerance", and it came barely at half of an already rather small bowl. Mind you, this is $12 for a bowl of broth and vegetables, no meat. I could perhaps had a little more broth...? It's not my fault gluten hurts my tummy and other unmentionable symptoms. Maybe we'll return to Les Ducs, huge maybe, for the scallops and steak tartare (might have to bring my own potato crisps) but... I don't know...
