Pick the right bartender to make the cocktails for you. Personally i find it too sweet , therefore after 2 glasses all the following were asked to be SIEW DAI. If u know u know. The 🦆 confit was AWESOME, crispy on the outside juicy on the inside. The 2 risottos were also a bomb. Next try the maguro tartte and crab cakes pleaseeee. The service staffs were friendly and fun to hang with !

Such a lovely dining experience at Hopscotch Singapore! The food was absolutely delicious, and we genuinely enjoyed almost everything we ordered. The flavors were so well-balanced and satisfying. Personally, the Wagyu wasn’t my favorite because I found the marinara sauce a little overpowering for the meat, but everything else was incredibly delicious. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and a memorable experience overall. Definitely a place I’d be happy to visit again! ❤️

Hopscotch nailed the local fusion brief for their National Day bundle! Every dish was a creative, flavor-packed celebration of Singaporean flavors.What we loved: Sambal Scallop Risotto: Perfectly seared Hokkaido scallops paired beautifully with the unique blue pea coconut aborio rice. Kopi Baby Back Ribs: Incredibly tender ribs with a rich, smoky kopi bourbon and maple glaze that was finger-licking good. Cocoa Cajun Fries: A surprisingly addictive sweet-savory combo featuring crusted Milo and mascarpone dipping sauce. The presentation was stunning, the vibes at Capitol were fantastic, and the culinary creativity was awesome. Highly recommend checking them out for delish meals!

Celebrated my bachelorette party here last weekend and we had the best time!! Food was delicious with generous portions, and the signature cocktails were each so unique and creative. We had one that had to be lit on fire! We forgot to ask for a wheelchair accessible seat in our reservation, but the staff were quick to accommodate a ground floor table for us. Atmosphere was amazing with a great music playlist. Lastly, thank you to the staff for giving us drinks on-the-house in light of our celebration 🫶 I enjoyed it immensely!!

Noah and Thomas are excellent - they made our time at the restaurant so enjoyable and appreciate their service! We will be back for more fun times !

Excellent service, food and cocktails! The happy hour special is SUPER worth it! The cocktails are so creative and lush. Amazing twists on classic Singaporean flavors! Awesome bartender… the way he explained how to drink the drink was very creative! The duck confit and foie gras was amazing!! The lobster bisque was divine, and I love that there’s a special to add the soup on to a main. Shoutout to Kumar Sudesh who was an excellent and attentive waiter and was super gracious when I couldn’t access the app! Also the music was FIRE!!! Whoever’s in charge of the music should be given a raise! Will definitely be back multiple times! Such good vibes!!

First time in the outlet ! And best place for chilling out with friends and corporate clients . Not noisy and good spread of dishes! Noah and his team served us like a good old friends! And I will next come back to try their signature cocktails! Thank you guys!
