Our first time there. Was rather excited as we likes to be served with huge amount of foods. We ordered four pots of crabs; two spicy and two non-spicy. The chicken feet were very tender and the seafood were fresh. Like Hai Di Lao, the service staff were very attentive and ensure that your needs were attended. Do remember to use your Grab app to get more discount. Also, if you have more than a party of five, call to make reservation as the online does not permit more 5 persons. If you do that, you got to be there at 5pm, which is a ridiculous timing to have dinner. We paid S$341.72 for six persons.

They were having a 2nd pot 50% off promo with every Large pot purchased so we were attracted. Got the Crab pot ($78 for large) and the Frog Pot ($45 for medium). Portions were generous and the seafood/frog were fresh and delicious. Liked that there were a ton of other stuff like chicken feet, potatoes, enoki mushrooms and others included in the pot. You could also choose the spiciness level - the non-spicy level is slightly bland and we very much preferred the level 1 spicy (forgot what it was called). Also had the cucumbers which were yummy and 'opened our tastebuds' as well as the iced teas. Altogether, this cost us just slightly more than $150 for 5 pax which I thought was pretty worth it for the satisfaction. Recommended!

I have walked past this place several times alone and so never thought of visiting it as its best eaten in a group to order more dishes to share. Finally a friend decided to come here and we got a group of 4 which we could finally get to try more dishes. I made a reservation online and thank god we did if not there was a queue and people had to wait for quite a while, knowing that most people will spend some time to finish a meal at such places. Hence I would recommend reservations. Wanted to try so many things but we tried to control ourselves. We ordered 2 pots and ended up ordering 1 more. First 2 we got the crab and the prawns and ended with the pork ribs. Also ordered a few other dishes and drinks. Start off by reviewing the pots. Basically the seafood was fresh. I was the one more afraid of spiciness so I suggested getting the mild one but ended up felt like it was totally no kick at all. What I felt could be better was that the gravy flavours of the crab and prawn was identical so felt it was kinda repeated. The pork ribs one was different could taste different braised flavours in the sauce. It was quite a challenge because for a table of 4 the table also wasn't big enough for 3 pots so space wise we struggled quite a bit. Service wise not bad, the staff pretty attentive. Food wise, the other dishes we probably recommend is the mantou, to dip the sauce and not the condensed milk, the scallion noodles, and the mochi fritters. The ordering system was like playing a game. I ordered a scallion noodles and wanted to order another one 2 minutes later and it was already gone from the menu. Same happened for the signature drink with the iced bear also gone after 5 minutes after ordering. There's some promotion ongoing so can get pretty good deals like 50% off the 2nd pot or 15% of the total bill. So it can be pretty worth it after those discounts. I would say it's pretty worth the try and who knows I might come back to challenge the higher spicy levels. I recommend o

The food was alright.. to be honest the prawns and crab weren’t very fresh. The chicken feet were really really good though! I would recommend that. The sesame seed mochi youtiao was quite tasty, not too sweet and really crispy! Spicy crab pot: 3.5/5 Sesame seed mochi youtiao: 4.5/5 The service staff were friendly and some were very attentive which was quite nice! Food was served quite quickly and the tables were fairly spread out making the dinner quite enjoyable for chatting. Gloves were provided but no tissue was provided except for 1 wet tissue per pax. There is a promotion for when you order a second pot so going in a larger group would be more worth it!

Love the spacious and clean ambience! Food was nice too! The small pot to me was kind of big in portion! First time trying the crab pot and felt interesting that it has a mix of chicken feet, Korean rice cakes, tofu, potatoes etc with the crab. The sides were awesome too! Loved what we ordered! Great to share with family and friends! Great service from the attentive staff!

Tried the chicken wing pot. Got potatoes , tteokbokki, chicken feet inside along with fat wings. Taste is not bad, and the pot sauce paired well with white rice Maybe we should have gotten the spicier version (we got a less spicy one) Chicken feet & potatoes nicely done also Service very good, attentive servers Vegetable of the day

Satisfying and comforting crab meal with lots of flavourful chicken legs, various vegetables like lettuce stem, potatoes, rice sticks, tofu. Selection of add-ons available like pork ribs, prawns, chicken wings and enoki mushrooms etc. It tasted so good we had to order a second round; currently having a promotion of 50% off. Had the spicy cold chicken, crunchy cucumber, broccoli stems, tofu century eggs, cold noodles and shrimp paste balls as appetisers and sides. Everything was PERFECT. Highly recommended to visit if you are craving crabs and claws Chinese style with their special braised sauce over a bowl of their soft and fluffy Wu Chang Chinese Rice. Pang Pang is a no frills restaurant, definitely a great place for casual food sharing, to savour the crabs and prawns hands on (gloves provided), as well as discovering the various braised treasures simmered to perfection. You can BYOB, Corkage free for baijiu or wines. Service was prompt with appetisers, hot pot and requests served in no time. Reservations is a must if you do not want to join the long queues outside. Will be back often as and when the crab cravings call (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))♡
