Had such a wonderful dining experience at Shi Li Fang Hot Pot@Grantral Mall! The food was fresh, the soup base was rich and flavorful and everything was served promptly. Great value for money and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. What truly made our visit special was the service. The staff who attended to us was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout the entire meal. They patiently answered our questions, checked on us regularly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to experience service that’s both professional and heartfelt. Amazing food + exceptional hospitality = a place I’ll definitely keep coming back to. I got the 2-pax combo at Shi Li Fang 😋 🥩🍗 We went for the Pork & Chicken set and you get to choose 2 veg plates with it! 🥩 Plus they gave us 1 free plate of pork slices. 🥓We also ordered pork belly and it was the perfect portion for 👨‍👩‍👧 3 people 😉 🥤 You can add just $2 for free-flow drinks with 4 flavors. 🍦 And after the meal, ice cream is free too! ✅💯 The food tasted great. Totally worth the price, and since we went on a weekday there was no queue at all. ❗️ ⚠️ After we paid , we can get some soft gift . 😍🎁

Feedback on the lousy promotion, we are back for the third time since our last review and have requested for the big prawn to be back on the menu. We still think it should be on the menu as it give much better value to customers, and we have repeatedly requested it for consideration as this is much a more popular and desirable item. also this fishy promo is really disgusting and tasted very horrible. Not fresh, stale, taste rubbery and a weird taste of combo. Hope u can seriously consider and reinstate the big prawn back to the menu as a good choice option. - no point giving lousy food for promotion this doesn’t serve value at all

We love visiting Shi Li Fang because of the sesame sauce.

Not bad for the price, but ingredient feels a bit cheap. $15-$20 a set, includes drinks and condiments. Comes with staples too so you won’t leave hungry. Enough to satisfy hotpot cravings.

The service was impeccable throughout the night. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and they were always on hand to refill my drink or offer assistance with anything I needed. I also appreciated the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant. Everything was spotless, from the dining area to the kitchen, which is always a top priority for me when dining out.
