Love their CNY Special Menu, and honestly, it felt like a reunion feast elevated with luxury and heart. The Peng Cai was beautifully layered, both in presentation and flavours. Each tier felt thoughtfully curated, premium ingredients soaking up the rich, comforting sauce, making every scoop deeply satisfying. It’s the kind of dish that brings everyone closer around the table, sharing, chatting, and slowing down to savour the moment. What truly impressed me was the Imperial Bird’s Nest. Delicate, nourishing, and elegantly done, it added a refined touch to the meal, light yet indulgent, and perfect for the festive season where wellness and prosperity are just as important as indulgence. The overall experience felt festive yet modern, luxurious without being overwhelming. From the cosy ambience to the quality of ingredients, it was a CNY meal that balanced tradition and sophistication beautifully. Highly recommend!!!!

I visited this restaurant with my mum and had a wonderful dining experience. Ordered a yuanyang taiwan style mala and pork maw chicken base. Mala base isn't our cup of tea but the other base was well balanced and comforting for a soup, very aromatic. Meat was good and the prawn paste was tasty, worth the price! Ordered a lobster to finish off, the antennae continued to move on the table. Which indicates freshness. Things you might want to take note: check with the servers if what you order comes with cabbage/vegetables as plating, so you may not need to order vegetables. Soup base that may also come with free topping like tofu. Rice and braised meat is free at the sauce station. The staff here provided great service and the atmosphere feels great, beautiful decor and also not too much loud commotion around. I would especially like to commend the Lixin who attended to our table. She was exceptionally attentive, patient, and genuinely warm throughout the entire meal. She took the time to explain the menu clearly, checked in on us at just the right moments, made my mum feel very comfortable and well cared for. Thank you Coucou for such a pleasant experience. We had a very satisfying and peaceful dining experience. The prices are reasonable and accessible, and the appetizers were particularly delicious. Really love Coucou as a franchise. I’ve mainly eaten at the Singapore outlets but it is just as good internationally as well. It’s actually really easy to eat clean at a hotpot like this if you know what to choose (items, sauces, soup bases). Jia Yi today has been great.

This is my first time eating here. I came with my family. we ordered pork tripe and chicken broth and fish broth. The soup is really yummy. Ours was a chinese new year set. The ingredients are very fresh and tender. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff has been very attentive and timely in their service, especially Htet, i highly recommend it.

Love the food here! Especially their pencai! Super yummy I tell you! The service staff Shayne is truly brilliant! Love her attentiveness and she’s a gem! I also love the fact that we even have a photo taken together! So nice to be pampered here like a royalty while enjoying their sumptuous menu! Highly recommended!

We always come here when we crave hotpot and their braised pork rice! Their soup bases are flavourful and delicious. Meats and seafood are fresh. Their service is impeccable. Ambience is luxurious.We always look forward to the ice slushies at the end of dinner!

We went to Coucou Hotpot for lunch and had a very enjoyable meal. The food was fresh, and the beef was especially good. A special thanks to our waiter Htet, who was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. Overall, a satisfying and pleasant lunch — would definitely come back again.
