Haidilao Hot Pot @Sun Plaza

To the Haidilao Sun Plaza Branch Management Team: I dined at Haidilao Sun Plaza today and would like to especially commend three employees who left a deep impression on me: Xiaoqin at the front desk, Yanhong who did my nails, and Qianru, our server. First, I'd like to thank Xiaoqin at the front desk. From the moment we entered the store, she was incredibly friendly and polite, creating a very comfortable and warm atmosphere. Her warm welcome put us in a great mood from the start. I also want to especially commend Yanhong. She was very meticulous and patient while doing my nails, maintaining a friendly attitude throughout, making the whole process very pleasant. Her attentive service not only made us feel the special human touch of Haidilao. And our server Qianru truly deserves praise! She was very attentive and proactive throughout the meal, readily helping whenever needed, and her consistently excellent attitude made us feel very well taken care of. Although these three employees have different roles, they collectively provided us with a very pleasant experience. Especially now, when many restaurants are increasingly focused on efficiency, their ability to maintain such attentive, enthusiastic, and sincere service is truly commendable. We hope the management team can convey our gratitude and praise to Xiaoqin, Sister Yanhong, and Qianru, and we also hope the company can recognize and encourage them. Thank you for your dedicated service! Because of you, our dining experience at Haidilao in Sun Plaza was exceptionally enjoyable. ❤️ Thumbs up for these three outstanding employees! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I've visited quite a few Haidilao outlets across Singapore, and we all know Haidilao is well-known for its great service. But I especially want to give a big shout-out to Cai Yan from the Sun Plaza outlet! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and dedicated throughout our meal. She really went the extra mile to look after us, and even the little conversations and small talk made us feel so comfortable and at home. What stood out most was how genuinely she tried her best to accommodate our requests and make sure we had a great experience. Everything about the meal was already perfect, but her service was what made the entire experience exceptional. Thank you, Cai Yan, for going the extra mile. This is the kind of service that makes customers want to come back again! 😊 I've been to quite a few Haidilao outlets in Singapore, and I believe everyone knows that Haidilao is most famous for its service. But this time, I especially want to commend Cai Yan at the Sun Plaza branch! From the beginning to the end of our meal, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and took great care of us. Besides her attentive service, she also chatted with us naturally, making the entire dining experience very comfortable and welcoming. What impressed me most was her dedication to accommodating and fulfilling our requests. You could genuinely feel her desire for every guest to have a wonderful dining experience. The meal was already perfect in every aspect, but Cai Yan's service transformed the experience from "very good" to "unforgettable." Thank you, Cai Yan, for your thoughtfulness and for going the extra mile to provide such a fantastic experience. This kind of service makes us want to come back again! 😊

Had a really wonderful dining experience at Haidilao Sun Plaza, and I would especially like to compliment 庄智凯 for his outstanding service! His service was truly above and beyond. He was attentive, friendly and incredibly thoughtful throughout our meal. What impressed me the most was how much care he showed towards my daughter, making sure she was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. He also took great care of both me and my husband, and his attentiveness made our dining experience so much more relaxing and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely puts so much effort into making customers feel comfortable and well taken care of. His warm attitude and excellent service definitely left a lasting impression on us. Thank you, 庄智凯, for taking such good care of our family! We will definitely be coming back to Haidilao Sun Plaza for lunch or dinner again. Hope the management recognises his great service because he truly deserves the appreciation! ❤️
