Haidilao Hot Pot

Came to IMM Haidilao to celebrate birthday. We made a reservation and upon arrival, we were wow with a very nice cosy corner with cute birthday decorations! The staff had a very lively and happy dynamics. Whole environment was very cheery. Food was served fast, tasted fresh and nice. Staff also gave good recommendations to help with our order. Upon request, they performed a birthday song for the birthday boy. We had a very special and memorable dining experience here.

Had a joyful time at Haidilao IMM, thanks to the excellent service from Cindy. She was very attentive and proactively helped to scoop out the hotpot residue regularly without us having to ask. She even surprised me with a birthday cake and gift bag after noticing that my birthday is coming soon. We are recommended to try the student set. However, I found the price a bit pricey since it’s meant to be shared between two people, yet the portion was not quite enough. In addition, the set order was not eligible for the 10% discount via Grab payment. I would recommend going with the à la carte options instead and joining their membership program to enjoy better monthly discounts.

26/5/26 - We visit this place once a month, more frequently if we travel overseas and crave for Chinese food - manager Wang Ning is amazing - this is why IMM is the best HDL outlet in sg - saw her helping to clean tables and top up side dishes along side the wait staff - little wonder why service standards are tip top when the manager leads by example!! Best HDL branch in all of Singapore! Service is fantastic, we go monthly and still find ourselves returning to IMM over and over. Excellent service tonight by wenjing and Xiao Yun and manager with birthday on 27/7 😆 Everyone was so chirpy and cheerful even when obviously busy and stressed. 29/8/24 - Second visit in a month tonight, Weiquan was our server and was really warm and enthusiastic! He was never without a smile at anytime and nothing was too much trouble! Thank you!

Haidilao IMM has become my go-to branch mainly because of Jiali 姐! We first got to know her when she was working at JCube Haidilao, and after JCube was demolished, she moved over to IMM. Ever since then, we have always continued to support her at this branch. We usually WhatsApp her directly to help us book slots, and she always makes the whole process smooth and hassle free for us. Whenever she is around, she will warmly greet us and make us feel very welcomed. She is super friendly, attentive, and always provides excellent service. Sometimes she even surprises us with complimentary meat dishes, which we really appreciate. It’s staff like Jiali 姐 that make customers want to keep coming back. Thank you for always giving us such a pleasant dining experience!

My favorite HDL restaurant in Singapore. IMM outlet stands out because of the service of the staff. Especially 刘于珠。Always serving with a smile and attentive to diners' needs. Always enjoy dining here. Keep it up.

Visited IMM outlet on 15 May to celebrate my friend’s birthday. A big shout out to Weiquan and Vincent (An An) for their awesome service. We were 101% satisfied and truly enjoyed our dinner experience there. However, I would like to highlight an area for improvement. Towards the end of our payment, we wanted to make another purchase for Hecha bubble tea, so we approached one of the service crew, Wen Jing, outside the outlet. She informed us that we could not purchase the promotion at the outside counter. Unfortunately, when we proceeded, the promotion was rejected. She then used the intercom to question the staff member who had informed us earlier and lectured him in front of us. I felt the situation could have been handled more professionally, as internal communication and clarification between colleagues should ideally not take place in front of customers. We were quite disappointed with this experience. Overall, we still had a pleasant dining experience and truly appreciate the excellent service provided by Weiquan and Vincent. Thank you.
