Haidilao Hot Pot @The Seletar Mall

Had a great time celebrating my birthday here! The food was really enjoyable and the service from Lexter, Yunyan , Sheng Li, Biguang was fantastic. They were thoughtful and showed a lot of initiative throughout and were very attentive in helping us get all the items we wanted without us even needing to ask much. Appreciate the birthday cake and warm celebration too! There was also a fun 变脸 performance! We enjoyed our favourite tomato and bai yu soup too, so comforting and delicious! Thank you so much to the lovely staff members!

Just had my WORSE experience in this HDL. Many items ordered NEVER come despite numerous reminders. My suppose happy family dinner ended with GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT with HALF filled TUMMY yet FULL OF ANGER. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND any 1 to TRY this outlet. Just in case others MISSed this review, I MOTIVATED to post it everywhere to prevent fellow dinners experiencing same treatment. Below is proved of presence with amount paid but HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Hai Di Lao 5 stars? I never thought it’d come from me. It seems they made a checklist to make sure all criteria for 5 stars checked. Easily. Just use the checklist. Wonderful atmosphere and crowd control. Full. But noise was kept to a minimum except for the sporadic birthday celebrations and song. Self-serve and sauce stations were pristine and impeccably maintained. Service attentive; top notch. Meat 100% fresh. So don’t overcook. Maybe just do a little at a time rather than pouring the whole thing in then having to rush to eat. I really liked the creamy yellow collagen soup base above all others. There is no time limit. Take your time. Time is of the essence. I added 1 tbsp black vinegar to my initial sauce mix. Yowza!! For desserts, go for their not so sweet silky-smooth tau hway or their fragrant vanilla ice cream subtly accented with strawberry. The complimentary red velvet cake served birthday had the perfect dose of sour to finish the meal. 1030am-0600am. Go for it.

Service at the entrance was good and welcoming as usual. However, the service inside was not consistent towards the end of the meal. Dessert and takeaway freebies were not offered unless we asked, unlike previous visits where these were usually proactive. Also noticed that the light soya sauce tasted much saltier compared to the earlier premium version they used before. This change affected my overall dining experience, as sauce quality is an important part of the meal. Still a decent experience overall, but consistency in service and condiment quality needs improvement.

Had a great dining experience at Haidilao Seletar 👍 The service was really good from start to finish. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure everything was comfortable. They were quick to respond whenever we needed help and explained the menu patiently. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and well-managed, even during busy hours. Small thoughtful touches like proactive service and genuine smiles made the experience feel warm and welcoming. Food quality was consistent and enjoyable, making the whole meal even better.

We went on a PH at 1pm, hardly any queue. The topping up of food was slow that day - we waited for porridge and rice refill a few times... as usual, the bday celebration was great. This HDL feels more family orientated.

We had a great experience thanks to Chen Xue’s excellent customer service. We initially asked for some watermelon, but she kindly surprised us with an entire fruit set instead. She was very friendly, warm, and engaging throughout the interaction, which made the experience even more pleasant. It’s always nice to meet staff who go the extra mile for customers. Thank you, Chen Xue, for your kindness and wonderful service!

Enjoyable dinner at Seletar mall outlet. The service crew Tzyy Ng 紫琦 was very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed her service as she will check on us if need anything as and when. Thank you n Keep it up!
