Outstanding service at Haidilao Northpoint! The manager, Grace went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. Her attention to detail is remarkable. She handled my feedback regarding the condiment bar with incredible professionalism, delivering top-tier service recovery immediately. When I mentioned about other branches manicure, she thoughtfully brought the press-on nails over to my table and personally arranged extra care. She also noticed we enjoyed beer and introduced us to the Haidilao Weissbier, which was a fantastic recommendation. Truly 6-star service—thank you for making us feel so valued! Exceptional hospitality from start to finish!

This time dining at Haidilao in Yishun Fucheng, I was once again impressed by Haidilao's consistently high standards of service! I especially want to commend nail technician Huihui. She was incredibly meticulous and professional. Not only was her technique excellent, but she was also very patient, constantly checking on my comfort throughout the process. The finished product was beautiful, making me feel wonderful. I also want to thank server Yingzi. Her service was warm and attentive throughout, from adding soup and changing plates to proactively assisting and addressing my dining needs. She was incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home. Thank you Huihui and Yingzi for their hard work, and thank you to the entire Haidilao team for providing such a pleasant dining experience. I will definitely come again next time and will recommend it to my friends and family! Five stars, well-deserved!

Hi Haidilao Singapore, i am kind of disapppointed that my family reserved a table and made a trip to Northpoint outlet and was told this $6.1++ promo was no longer extended for the beef and pork serving because it was over served for other customers order who came earlier. A not so good customer experience which HDL used to uphold .

Absolutely amazing dining experience at Haidilao Northpoint! From the moment we stepped in, every staff member was incredibly attentive to our needs, queries, and requests. The service level was truly top-notch and made us feel so welcomed throughout the entire meal. Special thanks to 小治 for the excellent service and for being so attentive and friendly the whole time. Also, a big thank you to Ting Ting for the free toy that my husband asked for — such a sweet gesture that really made our night extra memorable 😊 Food-wise, everything was superb, especially the pig blood — it was so fresh and delicious that we ended up having 2 plates for just the 2 of us! Definitely one of the highlights of the meal. Thank you Haidilao Northpoint team for the wonderful experience. As usual we will definitely be back again soon!

My favorite and easily the best Haidilao outlet in Singapore. Superb service and warm staff. The food freshness is also above most other restaurants in SG. This is my favorite Haidilao restaurant in Singapore with the best service. Although food freshness is generally poor in Singapore, Haidilao's quality control is quite good! I'm always happy when I come! Mwah!

Had such a great experience with the manicurist at Hai Di Lao (Northpoint Yishun)! My manicurist, 丽月was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. What really stood out was her attention to detail—she took her time to make sure everything was neat and perfect, and didn’t rush at all. She was also super patient, especially when I was deciding on colors and designs. I really appreciated that she let me try out different colours before deciding, which made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable instead of rushed. She even gave helpful suggestions without showing any unhappiness. sooo helpful!! You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her customers. 10/10 customer service and professionalism. Overall, the service was excellent and I’m really happy with how my nails turned out.

We were regular customers to this branch but today’s visit was the worst! Our order came soooo late even though we had to remind the staffs more than once! The soup was almost dried up and yet we reminded the staff couple of times to fill the soup! Fruits and ice-cream were not filled on time and when we asked about the variety of ice-cream, the staff did not bother to refill and told us chocolate flavour is the only flavour we could have. Overall, the worst lunch we ever had in this branch & WE DID NOT ENJOY THE MEAL AT ALL !

I have been visiting Haidilao at Northpoint frequently over the past five months for various occasions, and each experience has been consistently enjoyable. I would like to take this opportunity to commend their shop supervisor, Tay Zhi Hui, for his exceptional and dedicated customer service. Every time I dine in, he goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. He is consistently proactive, warm, and approachable, and his strong work ethic is evident in the way he tirelessly attends to customers’ needs with genuine care and professionalism. In addition, I would also like to highlight Zhi Kai from the service team, who has always been friendly and attentive. His thoughtful gestures, such as offering us complimentary drinks to try, truly enhanced our dining experience and made us feel valued as customers. Overall, the team’s outstanding service is a key reason why I keep returning, and they deserve recognition for maintaining such high standards.
