海底捞 Haidilao Hot Pot @Northpoint

Absolutely amazing dining experience at Haidilao Northpoint! From the moment we stepped in, every staff member was incredibly attentive to our needs, queries, and requests. The service level was truly top-notch and made us feel so welcomed throughout the entire meal. Special thanks to 小治 for the excellent service and for being so attentive and friendly the whole time. Also, a big thank you to Ting Ting for the free toy that my husband asked for — such a sweet gesture that really made our night extra memorable 😊 Food-wise, everything was superb, especially the pig blood — it was so fresh and delicious that we ended up having 2 plates for just the 2 of us! Definitely one of the highlights of the meal. Thank you Haidilao Northpoint team for the wonderful experience. As usual we will definitely be back again soon!

We were regular customers to this branch but today’s visit was the worst! Our order came soooo late even though we had to remind the staffs more than once! The soup was almost dried up and yet we reminded the staff couple of times to fill the soup! Fruits and ice-cream were not filled on time and when we asked about the variety of ice-cream, the staff did not bother to refill and told us chocolate flavour is the only flavour we could have. Overall, the worst lunch we ever had in this branch & WE DID NOT ENJOY THE MEAL AT ALL !

Ordered their malatang through delivery platform. Found foreign object in it. Seems like some sort of metal or stone material that got chipped off from something else. Other than that there's also issue of missing meat. If it's due to OOS, shouldn't it be meat replaced with meat instead of veggies? (Found a huge amount of veg as opposed to the amount stated in order so I'm guessing they placed item but shouldn't be replacing meat with veg?). Also have issue with the tofu color, not sure why it has this blueish grey colour... Disappointing much.

Had such a great experience with the manicurist at Hai Di Lao (Northpoint Yishun)! My manicurist, 丽月was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. What really stood out was her attention to detail—she took her time to make sure everything was neat and perfect, and didn’t rush at all. She was also super patient, especially when I was deciding on colors and designs. I really appreciated that she let me try out different colours before deciding, which made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable instead of rushed. She even gave helpful suggestions without showing any unhappiness. sooo helpful!! You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her customers. 10/10 customer service and professionalism. Overall, the service was excellent and I’m really happy with how my nails turned out.

I have been visiting Haidilao at Northpoint frequently over the past five months for various occasions, and each experience has been consistently enjoyable. I would like to take this opportunity to commend their shop supervisor, Tay Zhi Hui, for his exceptional and dedicated customer service. Every time I dine in, he goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. He is consistently proactive, warm, and approachable, and his strong work ethic is evident in the way he tirelessly attends to customers’ needs with genuine care and professionalism. In addition, I would also like to highlight Zhi Kai from the service team, who has always been friendly and attentive. His thoughtful gestures, such as offering us complimentary drinks to try, truly enhanced our dining experience and made us feel valued as customers. Overall, the team’s outstanding service is a key reason why I keep returning, and they deserve recognition for maintaining such high standards.

Was attracted by the promoter who came all the way out into the lane to promote the set meals. Because the haidilao is in a corner, we didn’t even know it existed. There was some promotion for 2-3 pax or 3-5 pax. But frankly it’s not enough for us big eaters haha. Although it’s more “worth it” than ordering one by one. The staff is ok lah, there’s no free fruits or drinks whatever unlike other stores. Maybe we took the promotional set so no freebies given. The guy serving our table was a bit stoic. Unlike most HDL staff who are friendly and cheerful. So it made our meal less lively. But he’s human, we can understand humans have their own emotions, that’s life. The food is standard lah. Can’t say it’s good or bad it’s just consistent. Fresh enough quality. I’m not wowed by this outlet so I would probably just go if there’s some promotion and I’m craving hotpot. Otherwise there’s much less to eat in Northpoint.

We are impressed with Jin Wei at HDL Northpoint who serves with so much sincerity. We ordered 2 promotional dishes advertised but was told they were not available due to unforeseen circumstances. Sensing our disapppointment he offered us a very good alternative. Also saw him help out colleagues clearing tables by taking care of wiping the floor of food remnants. He serves with heart and sincerity. He checked up on us at appropriate intervals too. Am sure he will do very well in this line.

Do not order Haidilao from grab/ foodpanda anymore. It’s weird, the order was missing items, and they not even follow your request from remark. Don’t buy any sauce from them, it’s really unreasonable, the sauce they pack for you it’s very less, it’s like two spoon of sauce. Disappointed 🤬 Requested them separately pack the vermicelli, they will throw all the food items in one bowl.
