Poulet - VivoCity

Service: Subpar. The drinks took 20 minutes to arrive even though it was just a lemonade and a bottle of room temperature water. Also, there was a waiter right behind us who was sorting forks and spoons but slamming them so hard it set our teeth on edge. The mall is already loud. He dropped a bunch of forks, picked them off the floor, and placed them back without washing.Also, they keep piling up bread baskets at the counter and letting it go cold. Overall, the waitstaff need to be changed or retrained. I’ve not seen this level of indifference in hawker centres. Food: We had to send the mushroom soup back to be reheated after it took 45 minutes to arrive. It was otherwise okay at best. The roasted broccoli and Brussels sprout had too much oil. But the oxtail cassoulet was pretty nice. The meat was fall off the bone tender. But the outer layers some of the pearl onions were not peeled off so I had to spit them out. The Brazilian lemonade is a must have; a lemon pie in liquid form. If they spruce up their service and get the consistency right, they might match their other outlets.

I ate here many years ago when it first opened and told myself i would never come back cos the food was msg laden and the chicken dry. Today I came back - no choice cos my boss was giving a treat and chose this place. I ordered the pan fried seabass with mixed greens and aglio olio and was pleasantly surprised. The fish was well seasoned and didn't have a fishy taste - Poulet was so confident of this that they didn't even include a lemon wedge. Aglio olio had a spicy kick, and the mixed greens had crunchy chopped nuts in it. Would be great if they omitted the bitter purple veg though. Now this restaurant is back on my list of places to eat at 😁😝

Great service and delicious food! The chicken was really good, and the sauce was excellent as well. Everything was very tasty and well prepared. Highly recommend!

Had a pleasant dining experience at Poulet VivoCity. Service was prompt, and the staff were polite, attentive, and helpful, especially Mohan who attended our table. The food was enjoyable and met my expectations, while the ambience was comfortable and relaxing. Overall, a satisfying experience and I would be happy to return.

Had a great experience having dinner @ Poulet Vivocity. The team who work during my dinner time with my family was Friendly, polite, and respectful. The atmosphere, the food especially was top notch. I would highly recommend everyone to come and try to dine in during weekdays to avoid the crowd on the weekends. Sincerely thanks the team manager, Staff, kitchen and chef all together for the great experience.

Love it! The food came fast and didn't have to wait at all. Ordered the course set and it worth it!
