The pan-seared salmon was cooked to perfection, featuring a tender, flaky interior and a nicely seared exterior that brought out its natural flavors. The strawberry apple delight and homemade iced lemon tea was refreshing, balanced, and not too sweet. Overall, Poulet offers a satisfying dining experience with high-quality ingredients, careful preparation, and comforting French-inspired flavors, making it a lovely spot for a relaxed and enjoyable meal.

Had a lovely dining experience at Poulet VivoCity! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed the rich and comforting dishes, and the pasta was flavorful and satisfying. The bread served warm with butter was also a nice touch. Service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. Overall, a very enjoyable experience ❤️

The food quality and taste is just as good as we have expected since we had a while ago. The food selection and set meals are great. Ordered a 2 pax 3 course set meal. Each dish is satisfying. And ample space and visibility with the staff. Overall a great experience!

Poulet continues to impress with its consistently comforting and well-prepared French-inspired dishes. Every plate that arrived was beautifully presented and served promptly, a testament to the team’s attentiveness and efficiency. The roasted chicken was the clear highlight — golden and crisp on the outside, tender and juicy within. The creamy mushroom sauce complemented it perfectly, adding a savoury depth that tied the whole dish together. The mac and cheese was wonderfully rich and velvety, a satisfying blend of gooey cheese and perfectly cooked pasta that even kids would adore. The steak was nicely done, paired with a smooth brown sauce, crisp fries, and a side of creamy corn that added a lovely sweetness to balance the flavours. What really stood out was how fast the food was served without compromising on quality — everything arrived warm, fresh, and flavourful. The ambience of the restaurant was equally delightful: relaxed, cosy, and welcoming, with just the right touch of elegance. For the quality, portion size, and experience, the food is definitely worth the money. Poulet remains a solid choice whether you’re dining with family, friends, or simply craving a hearty, comforting meal done right. A place I’ll gladly return to again.

Renovated outlet, nicer than before but a few things that are quite annoying: 1. Don't think they upgraded the exhaust, there's this food smell upon entering that is not being referred to in a good way, kinda sour overtones... 2. They do not give a warm water option, I'm prepared to pay for a cup of water like how the other restaurants around charge but not be forced to buy a tiny bottle at $2. 3. Staff service levels may need additional training to speak to diners and present themselves more professionally. Food wise, the chicken is not as succulent and juicy as before... Bit tough and dry though still served warm in a tin pan

We had a scrumptious lunch at Poulet Vivocity😋 we were warmly welcomed by Sean, and served with cheer👍 We ordered the oxtail pot pie, mushroom risotto, truffle french fries and salad. All were freshly made and very tasteful. The lyvhee drink was refreshingly- and had 5 lychees in it👍. ( a small recommendation- if soda is added, it would earn 6 stars✨✨)

“The lemon milk is so good.” – My partner, 2025. Okay but seriously, it’s called Brazilian Lemonade, and my partner loved it (can you tell? XD) Tangy, creamy, and refreshing, it tasted uncannily like Yakult but more indulgent, with a richer citrus-milk blend. We didn’t stop at drinks, of course! The half chicken in mushroom cream sauce was a standout: juicy, well-seasoned, and served in a velvety, savoury sauce that wasn’t too heavy. The portion was generous, easily shareable, and came with two sides, perfect for a comforting, satisfying meal. We also tried the chicken aglio olio, which leaned oily in a good way coating each strand of pasta without being greasy. The chicken pieces were tender and well-cooked, tying everything together for a solid plate of comfort food.

Celebrated my daughter-in-law’s birthday at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and everything we ordered tasted great. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Ann was especially kind and made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you for making the birthday celebration special. We truly enjoyed the evening and would definitely come back here again. Highly recommended!
