Poulet - Causeway Point

I used to love Poulet & always wld dine here once awhile. But now i felt that the quality is not as good as before. The chicken is tasteless (cld it due to using frozen chkn?), the risotto is lesser now and undercooked. Also i find that the cutlery station placed in the middle of the restaurant is irritatable when the staff kept cleaning & arranging the cutlery for 15-20mins, its vy vy noisy with the clanking sound!! Pls be mindful that some of us want to dine in a comfy environment not some kopitiam atmosphere. Anyway, i don't think i will come bk here, once RTS is up n ready i'll just go over to jb.

Great value for money and one of the best dinner choices in the neighborhood mall! We enjoyed being able to order a variety of sides, and the Brussels sprouts and broccoli were definitely our favorites. We also noticed some changes to the menu, and it’s great to see them introducing new options while still maintaining the same good standard and quality. A great place for a satisfying and reasonably priced dinner. Definitely worth coming back!

The food is fantastic, can be crowded during lunch hours. Environment is spacious, overall good dining experience! 😍

Chill place. Great friendly and helpful staffs. Food is awesome. Drinks too. Had the pasta angel hair. Always satisfies my pasta cravings. Brazilian lemonade is surprisingly good! Onion soup is my go to as well, love!

We had my dad's birthday here and even though the store doesn't have promo for the birthday man, we were given a free tiramisu out of good will and their generosity! Thank you staffs at the Poulet Causeway Point! :)

The food was very delicious. The service was also great. The bread improved a lot from before, became more crispy and savoury. The chicken is good but the spicy part is uneven, Overall the food is awesome.
