I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but I felt this experience deserved to be mentioned. I would like to specifically commend your staff, Nadiah, for her excellent service. Her friendly and cheerful attitude really stood out and made a noticeable difference to my dining experience. She was approachable, attentive, and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. It’s not often that service leaves such a strong impression, but her presence genuinely elevated the entire experience. Because of her, I truly appreciated the level of service provided here. Staff like Nadiah are a great asset to your team, and I hope her efforts are recognised. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Absolutely fabulous lunch at Poulet! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The chicken was tender and juicy, and every dish was prepared to perfection. The services attended by Amira and Iffah was warm, attentive, and efficient, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. A wonderful place for a relaxing lunch with family or friends. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

I'd seen it on the street before and it looked pretty good, so I went specifically to try it tonight, but it was such a disappointment! We ordered a roast chicken and a rare sirloin steak... The food arrived completely cold, and the rare steak was so tough it was embarrassing to even eat!

The roasted chicken in mushroom sauce is super tender and juicy, with huge servings for the sides. It has been a while since my last visit. Standard still good as gold. Kudos! Special thanks to Iz and Nora for taking good care of us! (PS: tahpau-ed food for the folks back home. Happy camper.)

Foods and drinks are delicious. Poulet causeway point now has more variety to choose from, not the typical old menu.
