Probably the worst Andes by Astons outlet. The table smelled of dirty rag after being wiped down right before we were brought to the table. Quite turned off by the hygiene. Ordered medium rare steak and teriyaki chicken with fries and garden salad. Steak, chicken and fries were cold; not even lukewarm. Even though the steak was pink inside, it was cold and dry (maybe precooked and left aside for a long time). Even have a video squeezing the steak hard but no juice is flowing out to show how dry it was - sadly no option to upload the video. Fries were cold and soft as well. Server was not attentive; asked for extra plate when was served food and server said ok but totally forgot about it and went on doing other things like arranging chair and clearing tables. Had to ask another staff for the plate. Will definitely not recommend this outlet.

don’t usually write reviews but i rly wna commend on this staff named Jaslin. it was a promotional day where everyth was chaotic and i got served chargrilled chicken even tho i indicated fiery chicken in my order. it was actually a small thing but i was craving for fiery so i decided to just ask and see if there’s any chance for a change. she went all out to pull up my order even when the other staffs were busy and brushing her away, then went to tell the kitchen to make me a fiery chicken, and assured me to wait awhile with a big smile saying that i don’t have to feel paiseh from asking even if it was a promotional day. felt so touched! noticed the way she served customers as well, with great speed and passion. the kind of customer service i’m willing to pay for!!

the absolute worst service. First off, why do you have a reservation system, but we still have to queue up in a line for another 20mins?? Reserved at 7:30PM, as we have a big group celebrating Mother’s Day and Birthday Celebrations. Got a call saying they’re overrun and will have to wait 10mins -i’m fine with that, but telling us we have to join the long queue even when we reserved a table for eight? Ridiculous. Only got to seat around 7:50PM, which I could turn a blind eye to because we were all looking forward to this. Secondly, it’s a birthday celebration. We asked prior if it was okay for us to buy a cake, and if they would provide us with small plates. The guy in green told us it’s okay and gave us the green light. Fast forward to after our meal, we requested for some small plates and the staff outrightly rejected us and gave us some tissues instead. If we can’t be served plates, why couldn’t you tell us prior? The attitude and service is really just abysmal. Don’t get me started on the wait for the food. 50 minutes. Five Zero. and even after all that wait, guess the most disappointing part? It’s not even warm and the taste was so watery that people would have thought you seasoned the steaks with water instead of salt. Mind-blowing. Andes’s quality of service and food has dropped to an astonishingly low level, and it’s not even worth visiting anymore. Super super super long wait, with subpar service and food. It’s a waste of time to visit this outlet. My entire family was disappointed and our night ruined. I highly recommend to pass on celebrations at this outlet, unless you’re looking for disappointment.

My rating: 2.5/5 - average 5/5 - a must-try, will travel for it TLDR: 3/5 - average western food, not worth it for the premium price paid I just found the size of the strip disappointing despite the ok taste, i feel at this price point ($20+), i really walk to causeway point’s swensens which has been more consistently good and cheaper

Andes by Aston’s at Woodsquare is a fantastic spot for a hearty and satisfying meal. The food quality is consistently good — meats are well-seasoned, tender, and nicely grilled, while the sides are fresh and generous in portion. What I appreciate most is the value for money. You get restaurant-quality Western fare at very reasonable prices, and the menu offers enough variety to suit different tastes. The ambience at Woodsquare is comfortable and relaxed, making it suitable for both casual family meals and quick workday lunches. Service was efficient and friendly, even during busy hours. Overall, a reliable go-to place when you want good Western food without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!

Kudos to the friendly crew at this outlet. 🥹✨ Had my late dinner here and food was amazing even though fiery chicken was not available but staff managed to recommend me something similar & I love it! Very attentive to details which I really appreciate the gesture. Service was fast & efficient. Definitely my fav go to outlet whenever I crave for Andes. Thanks for the genuine service especially from the brown haired with bangs lady who served me at the cashier. 🤍

Honestly has the worst experience at astons. Ordered the sirloin steak and asked medium well. Came out looking rare, I said it’s fine and sent it back to get it more cooked. Came back looking the same and in-fact almost worst! Not too sure how that works but the steak was given back and my wedges that were barely eaten was missing from the plate and instead gave a new mash without even asking. Whats the point of me paying $20 for a steak that is not the rareness I asked for and even got sent back and came back looking even worst and with missing items. Not only one steak was like this and it seemed that the steak was either placed back on the grill or heated up in a oven or microwave as my 1/4 eaten meat was returned back to me. If it was placed back on the grill that would be cross contamination. Not to mention my friend got the onion rings and they were raw. The dough was literally mushy and raw. Disgusting and am never going back there. Manager can’t even speak proper English. If this branch can’t handle having proper speaking workers and a proper chef just close down.

Ordered a steak today as usual, choose medium rare. The centre came rare and asked if possible just help to cook a little more for the midle pieces. Waiter went to check and came back with a small plate asking for the beef. I placed only the rare pieces but he wanted the whole piece. After awhile, he came back with the same piece, cooked to well done, even the side pieces which were fine. Never going back again wasting my money for this.
