Food was bad. Overcooked Ribs, Uncooked crispy fried chicken and my super combo fish and chicken was so messily plated with the sides all mixing up. Despite cooking thrice on the crispy fried chicken, its still uncooked. Been to many other specialities and was impressed there but this one really needs help somewhere. It's far from the usual Aston specialities that I have visited elsewhere. The place have high potential as the ambience is really good but the food and service feels like they are a new crew or something. Hope their management do something it. The manager tried his best to reconcile my uncooked chicken and offered a refund. Shall wait and see if I do get the refund in 2 to 3 weeks. Won't be coming here so soon unless something changes and it should because the ambience and place deserves a high quality Astons.

Finally writing this feedback after several negative experiences when ordering steak 1. On two occasions we ordered ribeye, only to be given a sirloin. Staff insisted it was a ribeye but… both cuts look obviously different in terms of shape and meat texture. 2. (Photos) Ordered a ribeye cooked to medium and came way too rare. Kindly requested for the steak to be cooked further and for the whole plate to be replaced (because the red juice on the plate was not very appetising), but staff declined to replace the plate and only took the steak. So the dining experience wasn’t very pleasant after.

We waited more than 1 hour for our food. We approached the ground staff/server to check on our order, but despite seeing other customers who arrived much later than us — including a group of 23 pax — being served first, we were still left waiting another 30 minutes without any food served. Even after the server approached the kitchen to follow up on our order, our food was still not prioritized, and the kitchen continued serving customers who came later than us. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. What made the experience worse was that the captain asked why we did not approach him directly, instead of proactively checking on the situation and assisting us. Overall, the service experience was very poor and unacceptable.

Unacceptable service during my experience recently this April during our recent visit to one of your outlets, specifically involving Manager Dana. Throughout our dining experience, Manager Dana displayed highly unprofessional behavior that significantly affected our visit. She was repeatedly using her phone during service and ignored us when we attempted to get her attention multiple times. Despite our efforts to seek assistance, she did not respond appropriately. Additionally, we were not informed of the expected waiting time for our meal and were left waiting for approximately an hour without any proper communication or updates. This lack of basic customer service was extremely frustrating. Her attitude throughout the service was rude and dismissive. She consistently gave us unpleasant and intimidating looks, which made us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, she removed our cutlery before we had even finished our meal, which was both disrespectful and highly inappropriate. We also observed her behaving rudely toward her fellow colleagues who were attempting to assist her, which reflected poorly on the management standards of your establishment. This entire experience was disappointing and far below the level of service customers should expect from ASTONS. I have came multiple times and the service was not this standard.I sincerely hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent similar incidents from happening to others.

Worst restaurant i had ever visited! Was served with uncooked char grill chicken chop, inform the staff and staff whom doesn’t know how to handle, inform the store manager instead. The manager approached us with a super black face and simple took away the char grill chicken and recook again!! OMG! She didn’t even apologised for such incident! Guess what?! the double cook char grill chicken was still uncooked the 2nd time! Will never visit Aston again! Such a bad experienced! 0/5 stars!!

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I ordered a NY Strip medium rare, but it came out medium well, almost well done. When I brought this up, the manager took it to the kitchen and returned saying the chef insisted it was medium rare and refused to change it. Arguing with a customer over something as basic as steak doneness instead of addressing the issue properly is unacceptable. Only after I said I would share my experience in a review did the manager suddenly return and say they would make a new one. This makes it obvious the restaurant cares more about its public image than the actual customer experience. Service recovery should be immediate and sincere, not forced. The initial refusal, defensiveness, and inconsistency left a very negative impression. Definitely not the level of professionalism expected from a proper steakhouse.
