Went for lunch. The new menu is ok. Beef is melts in my mouth.

The iberico hoho and the wagu was to die for! Always come back for the ramen as well! And the staff is super friendly and helpful even during the busy Friday rush hours, u will never feel dismissed or rushed dining here! Thank you like always Kathy!

I ordered the takeaways from the orchard branch and found the food was delicious. So when I was at the causeway point and saw this restaurant, I straight away went in to order our meals. The Truffles Buta Don tastes even better than the normal Buta Don which I got from orchard branch. Husband had Teriyaki Don and likes it. The chicken skin is crunchy and tasty yummy too. The miso soup tasted just nice to pair with the tasty meal. Overall, delicious and affordable meals. Service was good and fast as we were there at 5pm during weekdays. Ambience is cosy and the place is clean. Definitely will patronised this restaurant again.

Waited for at least 20min for part of my order to come when there wasn’t even much customers. Was almost finishing the noodles when the side dish finally came so that took another 10min? Finished the whole bowl of noodles and the rice was still not here?? Not sure if they missed out but the kind waiter helped to check and it finally came after another 5-10min, though the topup was missing too. Thankfully food was great but the waiting time seriously need to be improved!

This was my second visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, I had a similar experience both times. During my first visit, the waitress was quite unfriendly. I decided to give the restaurant another try, but unfortunately, the second visit was not much better, although it was a different waitress. Even the manager simply placed the QR code on our table without saying anything. Throughout the visit, I felt that the staff, from the manager to the waitresses, were rather unfriendly and gave off a very unwelcoming attitude. The food was decent, but the overall service really affected my dining experience. I hope the restaurant can work on its customer service and create a more welcoming environment for diners.

We have visited this outlet a few times, and their food quality and service have consistently met our expectations. Their latest dish, Buta Bara Dry Ramen, was especially delightful, with delicious flavors and perfectly chewy noodles.

I ordered the chicken nanban don and the chicken teriyaki don for takeaway, and both were underwhelming. The chicken nanban didn’t come with any nanban sauce (see pic attached) so it ended up dry and lacked flavour (it was just essentially chicken karage on white rice…). The teriyaki don wasn’t much better. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be ordering again. Will definitly skip this outlet.
