I visited this outlet for dinner on a Sunday evening and was thoroughly impressed by the free-flow cabbage, rice, and tonjiru soup. The service staff were efficient, special mention to the Filipino waitress, who was exceptionally jolly and made the entire dining experience seamless. The younger male staff members were also very quick on their feet. However, from a customer’s perspective, I noticed the floor layout isn’t fully optimized for the team's workflow. Since refills are by request only, it adds a heavy load to the staff’s tasks. I also struggled to find dry or wet tissues at my table; it wasn’t clear if they were chargeable or simply tucked away. Having these readily available at the table (or given upon entering) would save guests from having to constantly flag down the busy team. To improve the overall flow, I’d suggest a more organized queuing system outside. Currently, guests tend to scatter around the entrance, making it difficult for the staff to identify who arrived first. A segregated line or clearer signage would definitely make the waiting process much smoother.

Paid $21+ for a set of tonkatsu with free flow rice, miso soup and cabbage, and refillable iced tea. As compared to surrounding establishments this store is relatively less crowded. Pork cutlet was decent, batter crispy and not too dry. However the free accompanying tasted very weird; the container with a wooden scoop had a sauce that tasted like liquefied sticky haw flakes, and the sauce bottle beside it contained a dark sauce that tasted like the extract of barbecue flavored Lays potato chips. Miso soup contained funny ingredients and was quite salty.

The tonkotsu ramen is pure comfort in a bowl. A rich, velvety broth packed with deep porky flavour, perfectly paired with springy noodles that soak up every drop. The fried Yosu katsu steals the spotlight: golden, crunchy on the outside, juicy and tender inside. Dipped into the hot broth, it creates an irresistible mix of crisp and silky textures. Bold, indulgent, and deeply satisfying, a must-order for ramen lovers! 🍜

came here on friday evening to have dinner with my friend as I was craving for tonkatsu and heard that this place serves it well. they were not wrong indeed! the pork katsu was super tender and juicy with the crispy outer skin which was really similar to the one i had in Japan. service was also pretty good considering we didnt had to wait to be seated and our food came minutes after placing order. only downside is the price as we paid a total of $64 for two tonkatsu set dish

This tonkatsu restaurant has excellent value for money. The tonkatsu is tender and delicious. What makes this restaurant especially cost-effective is that rice, cabbage, and pork miso soup are all all-you-can-eat and drink. I left feeling very full, and at around $20 per person, it felt very affordable and more than satisfying. I will definitely come again.
