Let me preface this by saying takagi is maybe a comfort food for me, serving 24 hours a day and a short walk from my home but everything I experienced today makes me never want to come back at least for a few months. We arrived at 1250 and waited 10 minutes to order at the kiosk, now 15 minutes might seem short, but trust me when you are standing in the queue it feels like an eternity, it's further exasperated from the fact that of the 3 kiosks only 1 is functioning during the Sunday lunch crunch. Ordered at 1.05, went in was promptly greeted by a table full of uncleared bowls and took a seat elsewhere, it wasn't until 135 a whole 30 minutes after the food was served, the could be a number of factors but customers in store was not one of them because we were probably 1 of 4 tables there. The shop clearly has seen better days, during our wait, the number display wasn't working, the counter lady was simply shouting in Chinese and there were multiple customers extremely confused cos it wasn't clear nor was it the language they know, please make it standardised to at least English as to not ostracize your customers or fix your displays. If you think the 30 minute wait for ramen will reward you in the comfort of a well made meal , you are sorely mistaken because both of our orders were wrong, they served carbonara instead of the cheesy devil lips ramen that we order, missing an egg from shoyu ramen and the cheese sticks looked like they were mangled in the deep fryer then placed on top a bed of scrap lettuce and a ridiculous amount of sesame sauce. All this led to a extremely disappointing visit to the restaurant, I don't fault the staff maybe because they are really swamped with grab orders but at least fix up the shop. Do better

I decided to purchase the 1-for-1 ramen voucher online through Shopee after seeing many good reviews about your outlet. However, my experience was quite disappointing. When we arrived, there was no staff at the counter and we had to open the door to get someone’s attention. One of the staff members had to be called, and we ended up waiting outside the stall for about 10 minutes, despite the outlet being advertised as open 24 hours. When a female staff member eventually attended to us, her attitude was rather unwilling and unwelcoming. What concerned me even more was her hygiene during the interaction. While speaking to us, she pulled down her mask and was biting her fingernails in front of customers. I found this very unhygienic and inappropriate, especially for someone working in a food and beverage environment. I sincerely hope the management will take this feedback seriously. Please consider reminding and training your staff on proper hygiene practices, as well as basic customer service and professional manners. Staff behaviour and hygiene can greatly affect customers’ impression and confidence in the establishment. I hope the management will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to prevent similar incidents from happening again.

Very good food and the set meal is really worth! Ramen, dumpling and a drink only 9.90 and the staff is very friendly. There are some fortune cookies given for lucky draw. Quite fun

The ramen was delicious! 👍🍜 The atmosphere inside was great, and there was a very friendly lady named May working there. 🥰 I recommend everyone to eat here! 👍

1) Nets machine never logon, cannot make payment. 2) Kids meal hotdog was super hard. Hard skin. Even fork cannot poke thru. I wonder how kids are going to bite down on the hotdog. 3) Pork Tonkatsu was hard to chew. Even for adults with healthy teeth. 4) Rice is dry and hard. I won't be visiting this store anymore.

We have been regular customers at this branch. The food has been great all these while. However, today's experience was super terrible! 1. We ordered our food at 12.57pm. till 1.10pm, our number not called. (There were only 3 tables of customers including us. 2 tables were eating, our table waiting.) 2. Hot tea ready but did not call for us. Tea turned warm. 3. I went to counter to check order. Lady staff showed a hand signal trying to shove me off. 4. My wife at the table asked for order, lady staff did not reply. 5. Food finally ready. Lady staff asked: Miso shoyu ramen without miso, can or not cos forgot to add. (What you think!?) 6. Pork tonkatsu over cooked, very tough to bite, asked to re-do. Lady staff showed bad attitude. Overall, the food today was super horrible! We didn't even finished the food. Staff attitude super terrible. Hope the company can look into this. Pls educate your staff.

Takagi Ramen is one of the best ramen restaurants I've visited in Singapore! The food is consistently delicious, with rich and flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh ingredients. What impressed me the most was the excellent customer service. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, attentive, and make every visit enjoyable. I also love that many Takagi Ramen outlets operate 24 hours, making it the perfect place for a satisfying meal anytime, whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even a late-night supper. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great ramen, outstanding service by May Tay, and excellent value for money. Keep up the fantastic work!

So happy I made the right decision to walk into Takagi Ramen tonight! It was already 7:45 pm, much later than my usual dinner time. I wasn’t looking for a heavy meal—I was hoping to find some vegetables or smaller side dishes to make a balanced dinner. I was pleasantly surprised to find this $10 set. It came with cabbage salad, bean sprouts, seaweed, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, corn, an egg and ramen. I only ate half the noodles, which made it a well-balanced meal with plenty of variety. I really appreciate the effort Takagi puts into serving each side dish in its own little bowl—even the seaweed has its own dish! It’s these thoughtful touches that make the meal feel complete. I hope Takagi continues to introduce more vegetable side dishes and smaller portions for customers like me who want to eat more greens without ordering a huge meal. Not everyone wants a large bowl of noodles every time. Thank you for making healthy choices a little easier and still keeping them affordable. I’ll definitely be back!
