My family had a wonderful dinner experience at Ramen Kiou (Jurong Point branch)! A big thank you to Elvie and the team for their warm hospitality and attentive service. The restaurant is very family and kids-friendly, which made dining with our children a pleasant and stress-free experience. Most importantly, our children kept saying how delicious the food was! You can truly taste their commitment to serving an “Honest Bowl of Goodness” since 1995. The ramen was comforting, flavorful, and satisfying for the whole family. Thank you Elvie and team for making our evening so enjoyable. We look forward to coming back again!

I had a very unpleasant experience at Ramen KIOU today. We placed our order through the QR scan code system and had already completed the payment using Apple Pay. However, before serving our food, a staff member came to our table and told us that we needed to make payment first. I explained that we had already paid, and the staff asked, “How did you pay?” After I showed the Apple Pay receipt, the staff said they would check again. Only after confirming the payment was successful did they finally serve our food. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that the customers sitting next to us were allowed to finish their meals and pay later at the counter, while we were specifically approached and questioned before our food was served. It felt unfair and left us quite disappointed with the customer service experience. I hope the staff can handle situations like this more professionally and treat all customers equally in the future.

Best Ramen in town, Chef Nicholas cooks even better Ramen than the one in Dotonbori, Osaka. On top of that Elvie and her crew's attentive service with a smile makes for a superb dining experience. Highly recommended!

Ramen Kiou offers a fairly straightforward menu focused mainly on classic Japanese ramen without being overly complicated. The ramen itself is tasty, with a rich and comforting broth paired with tender chashu and springy noodles. The restaurant also has a cozy Japanese-style atmosphere that makes for a pleasant casual meal The only downside is that the pricing feels a little on the higher side for the portion and overall dining experience

SO GOOD!! Have been multiple times over the last few years and it’s always delicious. By far the best ramen in SG. Cant go wrong with the KIOU Tonkatsu or the Shoyu Tonkatsu. Their chashu and broth are the sole reason I keep coming back. The chashu is cooked to perfection, tender, and soaks up flavor from the broth perfectly. The staff is also super nice and very willing to help.

This is the Extra Rich Shio Tonkotsu Ramen which is a limited time special at Ramen Kiou. The difference between this and the Torotama Kiou Ramen are the broth, kata chashu vs kiou chashu, no ramen egg and no bamboo shoots. So as of writing this, you are effectively paying $15.90 for less ingredients but an amazingly rich and hearty broth. The highlight of the Extra Rich Shio Tonkotsu Ramen is that rich, milky, delicious broth. The ramen was cooked perfectly with just the right springiness. The dish was served with very thin slices of kata chashu (I added a whole piece of kiou chashu as an extra as I think that’s way nicer), some chopped up pieces of kiou chashu cubes, no ramen egg, no bamboo shoots, a piece of nori and lots of chopped onions.
