Ajumma's Northpoint

we bought 2 sets of the $9.90 lunch set that comes with a main dish, free flow side dishes and a smoothie or dubai chewy cookie of your choosing. we both ordered the kimchi ramyeon, and it's unironically the best ramyeon we've both had HAHA the portion is super generous for the price as well! the service from the staff was incredibly welcoming, and they frequently came over ask if we wanted to refill our side dishes without us asking :) the songs they play are also really good lol i actually did not like dubai chewy cookies before this but i just ordered the caramel one because my friend did, and it's actually so delicious it made me like dccs 🩷🩷 overall everything is five stars! i've actually never left a review for food places before but this place is so so deserving of more support 🥹 i 100% recommend anyone who's at northpoint or their other branches to try it out!

After waiting for 30 minutes, we finally got a table for dinner! I ordered the Crispy Samgyeopsal with Creamy Scrambled Eggs & Soy-Yuja Sauce. Honestly, the samgyeopsal wasn’t as crispy as I expected, probably because it was during rush hour. But I absolutely loved the Kimchi Pancake—it instantly reminded me of Korea two months ago. As for the Fluffy Steamed Eggs, it would have been a perfect score if they were a little fluffier. Overall, everything still tasted good and was definitely worth the wait. I’d happily come back again, especially since I won’t be flying to Korea anytime soon

I must say, after trying Ajumma for the first time, I was genuinely impressed! Although we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for a seat, I completely understood since it was during dinner time and the restaurant was quite crowded. For my meal, I ordered the Gochujang & Spam Fried Rice alongside a Kimchi Pancake. The fried rice was flavourful and satisfying, with a nice balance between the gochujang and savoury Spam. However, the real highlight for me was the Kimchi Pancake, which honestly surprised me. It tasted incredibly authentic and reminded me of the kind of Kimchi Pancake you would get in Korea! The atmosphere was lively, although it could get a little noisy due to the crowd. The service was decent as well, and despite the long wait, I felt that the food made the experience worthwhile. Overall, I had a really enjoyable first experience at Ajumma. If you're a fan of Korean food or simply looking to try something new, I definitely recommend giving this place a try! However, do be mindful of the timing when visiting, as I noticed that they stop allowing new customers to enter the restaurant after 8pm since it was very crowded.

I would like to give my compliments to the service provided at this Northpoint branch, especially the staff Wei Yi! Thank you for the proactive, kind and prompt service, we had a great time dining here. The food were also fresh and delicious, served hot to order. We would definitely return again!

Ajumma’s Kimchi Pork Stew is always delicious. And I ordered Omija Fizz for first time. . It was fresh and not bad
