⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Dining Experience at Swensen's Causeway Point I had a truly wonderful dining experience at Swensen's Causeway Point. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, clean, and perfect for a relaxing meal with family and friends. What made my visit especially memorable was the exceptional service provided by Aqilah. She was cheerful, friendly, and greeted every customer with a genuine smile. Her positive attitude, patience, and professionalism made us feel valued throughout the entire dining experience. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensured our orders were accurate, and checked on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect. Aqilah is a great example of what excellent customer service should be. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication truly deserve recognition. Staff like her create lasting impressions and encourage customers to return again and again. The food was delicious, well-presented, and served promptly. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Swensen's Causeway Point to anyone looking for good food and outstanding customer service. My sincere compliments to Auilah and the entire team for their hard work. Its been my pleasure place to eat as I feel everything from food, atmosphere and specially their services (Thanks to Ms Rhia) that I would prefer to have my meal here everytime +++ got promo now in lunch time😊

Came during the lunch crowd, and the restaurant was quite busy. Aqilah served our table and was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Despite the rush, she accommodated our requests promptly and made sure we were well taken care of. Great service, thank you, Aqilah!

Food was served within 20 minutes, which was a reasonable waiting time. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, we were happy with the service and had an enjoyable dining experience.

Good and efficient service, Ethan and all staff here at causeway point

All the staff on 22/8 night shift (around 7pm) at CWP branch were all so efficient and work swiftly. It was full house but they managed to serve our food & also clear all of it cleanly before bringing out our desserts. Rafiq was exceptional in arranging our seats as we came in big family (6 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 baby) & even showed the designated seat before giving it to us to ensure its comfortable & spacious for our big family. Food was amazing as always. Clean & well-maintained outlet too, despite the full house. I'm always impressed at Swensen's customer service & food, hopefully Swensens will continue serving customers well :)

Service given by Fiqah and team awesome. She was so careful with all the hot utensils. Love their nasi lemak. You can smell the fragrance of the rice before you even put inside your mouth. Excellent.
