⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Dining Experience at Swensen's Causeway Point I had a truly wonderful dining experience at Swensen's Causeway Point. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, clean, and perfect for a relaxing meal with family and friends. What made my visit especially memorable was the exceptional service provided by Aqilah. She was cheerful, friendly, and greeted every customer with a genuine smile. Her positive attitude, patience, and professionalism made us feel valued throughout the entire dining experience. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensured our orders were accurate, and checked on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect. Aqilah is a great example of what excellent customer service should be. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication truly deserve recognition. Staff like her create lasting impressions and encourage customers to return again and again. The food was delicious, well-presented, and served promptly. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Swensen's Causeway Point to anyone looking for good food and outstanding customer service. My sincere compliments to Auilah and the entire team for their hard work. Please continue recognizing and encouraging staff members like Auilah, as they are a valuable asset to the restaurant. Was acknowledged and brought to the table by Lim very promptly. Ordered, food was brought out by a smiley and friendly Hafiz. Molten cheese burger was yummy as always…. Minda made my daughter’s day with chocolate ice cream cone !

Its been my pleasure place to eat as I feel everything from food, atmosphere and specially their services (Thanks to Ms Rhia) that I would prefer to have my meal here everytime +++ got promo now in lunch time😊

Came during the lunch crowd, and the restaurant was quite busy. Aqilah served our table and was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Despite the rush, she accommodated our requests promptly and made sure we were well taken care of. Great service, thank you, Aqilah!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful birthday celebration at Swensen’s Causeway Point! 🎂❤️ We ordered the Spagatoni Aglio, Spaghetti Bolognese, Grilled Sambal Fish, Fish & Chips, Grilled Salmon, Sticky Chewy, Peppermint Tea, Mango Drink and, of course, the Firehouse Ice Cream for the birthday celebration. Everything made for a really enjoyable family meal. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptionally friendly service — from the managers to the service associates. A special mention goes to Carlson, who served us with genuine courtesy, warmth and promptness. He even volunteered to take many family photos for us, in both landscape and portrait, so that we could capture the occasion properly. 📸❤️ It’s rare to come across someone whose friendliness feels so natural and sincere. Carlson’s positive persona really made our experience extra special. I’m sure that kind of sincerity and attitude will bring him many successes in life. I’ve been a regular at Swensen’s Northpoint City, but after this experience, I’ll definitely consider Swensen’s Causeway Point for future family meals and birthday celebrations too.
