Swensen's

We broke our fast at Swensen's - Clementi Mall and had a truly pleasant experience. The team was very accommodating to our needs, making our iftar session comfortable and smooth. Special thanks to Bahrat, and Iqbal, who served us that evening. They were friendly, attentive, and kept checking on us to ensure everything was fine. Our food and drinks were served on time, which we really appreciated, especially when breaking fast. I came together with my two sons, and we all enjoyed the meal and the warm hospitality. Thank you for making our family iftar a memorable one. Highly recommended!

This may not be their usual standard, but for today, my dinner experience here was not pleasant. As many of the reviews noted, they are likely understaffed, and probably more so as its CNY. But the food was not up to mark. The baked rice was especially bad, for one of our chicken baked rice, its practically just white rice and not baked. Ended up my kid had to put chilli as it was just plain. For the 3 other curry chicken baked rice, there wasn't much cheese, and also just plain rice that wasnt really baked. Think they likely rushed it. As for the crackers that came with the curry chicken baked rice, think it was kept out for too long that it was just "lau hong" and not crispy the least bit. Think the kitchen was also frustrating the workers, the server came to our tables few times with orders not from my table till even he seemed frustrated.

Manager?? Kristine have a very bad attitude towards customers. Sloppy and rude. So not welcoming. Ordered take away pasta. Was told waiting time 20 min. After 20 min, I was standing infront of swensens and also beside the counter to get the staff’s attention. There was another lady who pick up her take away order, just when I wanted to ask if my order was ready after that lady, Kristine then decided to assist another customer who was queuing to pay. Waited another 10min and +, decided to reach out to a guy on staff (very friendly), to check on my order. Apparently, my order was ready and was put there for a good 15 min? Before she serve other customer, the order was already there beside the cashier. The least she can do is to give the order to me or let me know when it is ready. Not that difficult right? If I don’t ask, is my pasta suppose to just sit there? Caught her a few time being irritated by customer’s queries. Please do something about this manager service. Terrible. Update: pasta is cold and dry already. lol. Waste of time and money

My wife and I had the privilege of being served by Winnie who pleasantly showed us to a choiced bench seating with a local friendly gesture and Shaun served us cold and warm water upon request very very promptly. Plus point also to his bro vibe. Ken was also a delight as he is very hardworking, immensely promt and always in motion attending to patrons requests. The food is also very pleasant as Swensen's has been known as a party meal and celebration destination for us heartlanders. And you can never go wrong with their ice cream creations. Notable mentions are Coit Tower and Stckey Chewy Sundae. What amazes me the most is knowing that Swensen's do employ Special needs staffs, among them waiters and waitresses. Considering this, I must impress upon the fact that I don't seem to notice they were among those serving us. Kudos to Swensen's clementi mall for balancing this inclusiveness with grace. As with everything, there is always room for improvement. May Swensen's Clementi mall is encouraged to endeavour to an even higher overall restaurant (food & service)standard.

Used to have good experience dining here but lately the shortage of staff is taking a toll on the service despite the service charged imposed on the bill. There is a special need boy working as a server, so please be easy on him when ordering as he is also learning and doing his best. Other than boy, most of the service staff is almost unseen. There is another service lady, but gives a black face and an attitude, did not bother engaging her to spoil the outing. Dine at your own risk or look or alternatives to enjoy time out with your loved ones. Likely will be my last visit here unless things changes for the better.

THIS WAS PEAK! LOWKEY MY BEST EXPERIENCE IN CLEM MALL SO FAR (food wise). I went as group of 21 people and we ordered food ranging from $20-38. My tenderloin steak took longer than usual to come but it was absolute peak. The waiter (shaun) was also really cool and he was very considerate and strategic about the serving of food (he had to go about 35 times to serve everyone). Overall this experience was one of the best food experiences I have had in my entire life and I think it’s more than deserving of this review. 🐐

I am extremely delighted to meet Winnie, the service crew at Swensen’s Clementi Mall. She is patient to explain the promotion available to me when I make my choice of main dish. When I asked her if I can get the side dish at $6 if I choose to redeem my complimentary birthday sundae, she went the extra mile to ask the manager for me and I managed to get the promotional price side dish in addition to the free ice cream. She also helped me to redeem my free drink for my main meal as well. She is also patient to explain to me what I am entitled to on the actual day of my birthday and how to maximise my deals. I am greatly satisfied with her good service and friendly gestures. It makes me want to patronise again.

Came over here for the sole purpose of a meal redemption but was absolutely impressed with the service rendered by both Bharat & Shawn. These gentlemen truly exemplified what exceptional service is. From the time our party of 3 were seated to the time we placed our orders, we were well taken care of even though it was peak hour lunch time. Shaun was very patient in assisting me to claim my free meal in the app. Guys, keep up the excellent service and it was truly an enjoyable experience dining at your outlet 👍🏻
