The Dim Sum Place @ Causeway Point

Service was okay, and the food was surprisingly not bad too. My only “complaint” would be that the har gow skin was a little too thick. The prawn rice rolls, on the other hand, were exceptionally smooth and soft. The duck drumstick noodles were okay. The noodle portion wasn’t too much, and the duck drumstick was on the skinnier side, so there wasn’t much meat. The custard bao was probably my favourite — the custard oozes out as soon as you bite into it. Just be careful when it’s hot and don’t rush into it! You definitely have to eat it while it’s hot.

We first went to the original restaurant at North Bridge Road. Then we discovered this branch at Causeway Point. I've been to this branch a few times; the food was generally good. This is probably the best Halal dim sum I've had. The service here is inconsistent, sometimes good, sometimes less so. Still, it's a nice place to go for dim sum.

Came here for the 2nd time with my family. The food is great, and staffs were really attentive especially Ta Siong. We had a good lunch and will definitely return again.

The food was amazing despite this is a halal restaurant and the service is wonderful from the staff taking good care of us. I will come back again to this restaurant.

Always wanted to try Halal dim sum. The place is large and not too crowded at lunchtime (around 1pm). Service is efficient and pleasant. The food was disappointing as it was either a touch sweet or salty. Price was fair. Probably not on my must eat list as the taste isn’t what I enjoy.
