The Dim Sum Place @ Causeway Point

Always wanted to try Halal dim sum. The place is large and not too crowded at lunchtime (around 1pm). Service is efficient and pleasant. The food was disappointing as it was either a touch sweet or salty. Price was fair. Probably not on my must eat list as the taste isn’t what I enjoy.

Reserved for a birthday dinner 11pax. Dim Sum place Causeway Point provide us with the private circle table. The service crew that assist and serve us through out is Pauline. Appreciate her fast assistance. She is meticulous and is always there. The food was delivered fast despite the prompt information that they might have slight delay due to our big group. Food is definitely delicious and good portion for all of us to share. Love it and will come again. Manager in charge also did come and check on us and the food.

Visited the place cuz its not busy.. usually this restaurant is always packed.. We warmly greeted by Ms Ang Ah Yen who kindly serve, engaged and entertain my son. Ms Mariani on the other hand checked up on us how was the food served and also engaged to us.. the Food is a bit pricey tho for a mom who's in a budget, but the taste and quality of food is very nice so its all worth it.. The Hospitality is quite commended too.. during our visit, i think the manager is there cuz they keep calling him boss, he is also friendly and approachable based on how he deal and talk to other customer.. overall experience is good and highly recommend.. from their service to the food all 2 thumbs up..

Had a lovely dim sum experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and served piping hot. Every dish was well-prepared and full of flavor. A special shoutout to Yati for her warm, attentive, and friendly service. She made us feel so welcome and ensured everything was taken care of throughout our meal. Great food paired with excellent service, I'll definitely be back!

Food, service and atmosphere was really great. They are also attentive when your drinks need a refill. The manager, Mr Ta Siong (apologised if i spelled wrongly) was really friendly!

Good food and service. Very fast and prompt. Friendly crew especially the manager Tasiong and Benjamin. Will definitely come again and recommend our friends and families! Two thumbs upp!! 👍🏾

Had a great dining experience at The Dim Sum Place! The food was fresh, delicious, and served hot. We especially enjoyed the peking duck wrap, and salted egg custard buns. Regina and Mariana's service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
