Date of Visit: 9 June 2026 It was my first time visiting Xiang Xiang Hunan and I must say the service was excellent. Every staff member was polite, friendly and attentive throughout our meal. As it was my birthday, they kindly provided complimentary longevity noodles, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The staff also checked in on us regularly to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction and that we were enjoying the food. Ice cream and snacks were free flow, Overall, I had a very pleasant dining experience and felt well taken care of. Great food and outstanding service. I would definitely recommend Xiang Xiang Hunan and look forward to visiting again.

The greeter staff were super hospitable and consistently chanted greetings for every new customer, which created a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Even though there was quite a queue, the restaurant provided waiting chairs and unlimited snacks, which made the wait much more comfortable. Don’t forget to grab the free Mingo x XiangXiang collaboration ice cream — I especially loved the chocolate flavour! As for the food, no complaints at all. You can customise your meal with options for spiciness (no spicy or less spicy) and even request less oil, which is great if you prefer something lighter. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience. Would definitely visit again!

I never enjoyed rice until I tried Xiang Xiang. Every dish is well executed and goes very well with their rice. My fave is their century egg with pickled chili and brinjal dish. Absolutely brilliant! I had to stop myself from going for a second helping of the rice just eating this dish alone!

I love Xiang Xiang!! Their food is really comforting and perfect for family meals. The pricing is also quite reasonable for the quality and portions. Their beef and pork dishes are a must-order for me every single time. ❤️❤️ This time round, I also tried their tiger prawn dish. The prawns were very fresh, and the soup was really flavourful and comforting. Definitely another dish I would order again!

An absolute go-to for Hunan cuisine in Singapore! Tried their signature Hunan-Style Fried Pork today—the Iberico pork was so tender and paired perfectly with the green peppers. The Stir-Fried Angus Beef in 18 Seconds is another must-order; the beef was cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth. Also loved the Stir-fried Organic Cauliflower, which had a great wok-hei and crunch. The rice is so good you'll definitely ask for seconds. Great ambiance and friendly service. Highly recommended for spice lovers!

This place serves very good food. I ate here multiple times at different outlets and the taste is similar throughout. Very consistent for this franchise so far. The staff are very welcoming and engages very well, not too much till its uncomfortable. The location for this outlet is so-so but good for a quick hour bite but any longer will be quite uncomfortable as the aircon and the settings are not the best imo. Will definitely recommend
