This was my second time dining here, and overall, the experience was quite good! 🍲 They have many soup bases to choose from. This time, we tried shrimp soup, milk fish soup, and tomato soup. My favorite was the milk fish soup—the broth was incredibly flavorful! The individual hot pot is also very convenient. There's a wide selection of ingredients; the beef, pork, and seafood are all good. The Wagyu beef brisket, in particular, was amazing! The shrimp were also huge and fresh. The restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere, a large selection of condiments, and fruit is available. The staff were also very friendly and proactively helped us add soup. Overall, I was very satisfied with the meal and would definitely come back to try other soup bases! 👍

Returning from Johor Bahru, we were looking for something to eat and stopped by this place. Luckily, they had a buy-one-get-one-free promotion, so we decided to go in. The ingredients were all very fresh, and the broth was good. I ordered the tomato broth, which had a rich tomato flavor and was very appetizing. My wife ordered the spicy broth, which was just okay, nothing special. My daughter ordered the chicken broth, which was delicious; she really liked it. The ambiance was nice, and the seats were spacious and comfortable. The prices were reasonable, and we were quite full after the meal. In summary: It's definitely worth coming if there's a promotion. I recommend the tomato and chicken broths; the spicy broth is just average. Overall, it's a place I would definitely go back to. Came back from JB and was looking for food. Passed by this place and decided to give it a try. There was a buy-one-free-one promotion, so we went in. Ingredients were fresh and the soup base was good. I ordered tomato broth – rich and flavorful. My wife had mala – pretty average, nothing special. My daughter had chicken soup – very nice, she enjoyed it. Environment is comfortable with spacious seating. Prices are reasonable, and we left feeling very full. Verdict: Worth it if there's a promotion. Recommend the tomato and chicken soup bases; mala is just okay. Overall, a place I'd return to.

Decided to dine in at this hotpot restaurant today, expecting a great lunch, but unfortunately, the food and service were extremely disappointing. I found a hair on the squid, and even worse, there was a small fly in the soup. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering how expensive the meal was. What was supposed to be an enjoyable lunch ended up being a terrible experience. I eventually had to take all the ingredients home and cook them myself because I no longer comfortable eating the food there. For the price i paid, i expected much better food quality, hygiene, and service. Very disappointing experience and definitely not what i expected.

Lousy services at cwp. Some staff are not even working. Waiting for at least 15mins for the soup to be refilled. And the staff can still reply rudely. My soup almost went dry. The soup is plain too as seen in photo (may not be too telling). The herbal chicken is too bitter too. Lousy experience. Can find better ones at chinatown.

Wamglu Hot Pot is a highly recommended hot pot restaurant! The environment is comfortable and clean, the service is very attentive, the ingredients are fresh, and the food is delicious – every dish was satisfying. Special praise goes to staff member Luisa; she was incredibly warm, friendly, and patient. From the moment you entered the restaurant, you felt her excellent service and genuine care. Overall, a fantastic dining experience, I will definitely come again! ❤️

the service was great, especially from server Luisa who was very attentive. i was here with my completely English speaking mother and uncle+aunt and she kindly spoke in English to them, and Mandarin to my father. food is great as always, tomato is my usual but today I had the chicken mushroom broth. the serving size on the single sets is perfect for one person and i didn’t feel full to bursting (even as someone with a small appetite). thank you!! we liked it here 🤭

It was delicious, and the individual hot pot was perfect. The lamb rolls were very fresh, and you could change any dishes you didn't like in the set meal. I like it spicy, and the staff even added extra spice for me for free, which was great.
