This is the worst service - “premium” hotpot i ever eaten, period. Upon reaching the place with a reservation placed , we were duly informed that its only 2 hrs timelimit. Come on, we had 12 adults eating?! Is it a reasonable request. Why not tell us in advance over phone. Suspect they just want the business. The broth was boiling a full 10-15 mins before the food came. The service was dull and mechanical . No welcome or thank you and staff kept rushing us to order through the code. There was also a housefly flying around our food. Adding to the unhygienic nature of the food.. Soup add on, we have to do it ourselves. Also, the meats are all frozen and tasted very very normal. Unlike hai di lao mbs, premium butchery where they cut freshly. Ask fr drink, it takes 2 -3 times before they arrive. I had the signature collagen soup since covid days 2020… now its just a pork and gamey taste!! Seems like the sweetness and collagen has gone! Save urself the trouble.. just go to (suntec) or hai di lao (mbs) fr better service and food quality. Unless you dont mind paying top dollar for a terrible experience!

The service standards at BITP have been deteriorating steadily. There was no table service at all. We had to ask staff to refill our drinks. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the soup was not strained at all, and it was noticeably less rich than before. My guests were the ones repeatedly saying “thank you” whenever plates were cleared or food was served. In contrast, one of the female staff members remained silent and looked unhappy throughout the entire meal, which made our experience feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. The only staff member who demonstrated basic F&B courtesy was the cashier, whom I believe was the supervisor, as at least she acknowledged guests with a polite smile.

The service at Beauty Pot is steady and attentive in a way that feels natural rather than scripted. Staff move with a calm rhythm, checking in just enough to make sure you have what you need without hovering. Even when the restaurant gets busy, they handle orders smoothly and keep the table stocked, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed and reliable. It’s the kind of service that doesn’t call attention to itself but quietly keeps everything running well. The environment has that familiar, lived‑in warmth you expect from a neighborhood hot pot spot. There’s a soft hum of conversation, the clatter of ladles, and the steam rising from tables that gives the room a cozy, communal feel. Families, couples, and groups all blend into the space comfortably, and the layout makes it easy to settle in without feeling crowded. It’s lively but never overwhelming, and the energy stays grounded even during peak hours. The hot pot itself is the highlight — rich broths, fresh ingredients, and portions that feel generous without being excessive. The flavors build slowly as everything simmers, and the vegetables stay crisp while the meats cook evenly. It’s the kind of meal that encourages you to take your time, enjoy the process, and share the table with others. Whether you’re craving something comforting or want a simple, satisfying dinner, the hot pot here delivers exactly what it should

Went there with a friend, we ordered the collagen soup and tomato soup. The collagen soup is their signature and it was really good, very thick and creamy, i would say better than hai di lao. Their tomato soup is also very thick and savoury. For meat, we ordered the chicken thigh, pork collar, pork jaw, alaska crab meat, the assorted balls platter, and prawn paste with fish roe. As for vegetables, we ordered cabbage, lettuce, bean curd skin, king oyster mushrooms. We also ordered the brown sugar chewy thing (i forgot what's it called) and for dessert, we had the yuzu shaved ice, vallina ice cream. For drinks, we both ordered the luo han guo. There were also many varieties of sauces, spices etc that u can choose from, and u can mix your own sauce.

Would recommend getting the collagen broth and the spicy nourishing pork broth. What stands out would be the spicy broth. It is flavourful with herbal ingredients such as gin sheng. It is not too oily nor spicy, making it drinkable unlike other spicy or mala broths. The beef especially the wagyu were fresh and well marbled. The A4 wagyu was more fatty than the normal Japanese wagyu version. The fish and prawn paste were decent although the time it took for them to help us put into the soup took some time. Adding on to that, service was rather slow and inefficient. Maybe its due to the understaffed situation but anyhow the service definitely could have been better. The condiment section had a lackluster selection, as seen in the picture. Only decent side was the peanut which i had two portions of! The fish was fresh and succulent. However, would recommend not to get the lamb as it is tough snd hard to chew.

I always stop by this spot after landing. The meat and veggies are consistently so good, and the golden mushroom is something I’ve only ever seen here. It’s incredibly flavorful and honestly one of the highlights every time. The service is warm and attentive without being overbearing, which makes the experience even better after a long flight. Portions are generous, ingredients feel high quality, and everything comes out fresh. It’s comforting, satisfying, and reliable. I’d definitely come back again and again.

The service has always been wonderful but I would like to give a special shout out to Mei Mei for her exceptional service especially when I arrive alone with my baby girl. She took the initiative to wipe down the baby chair and table and made sure everything was dry before we settled in. When she noticed my baby perspiring during her nap, she brought out the fan to ensure that we’re comfortable. I’m very thankful for her thoughtful gesture. We look forward to dining here again soon!

Many Tables were left uncleared. The stove has issues and after I gave feedback second time cos the meat not cooking then they offered to change but I’m almost 80% done eating. Staff did not offer to help skim the fats on top of soup or add prawn paste for us. Totally no service at all. Have to keep asking staff to refill drinks. When asked staff to refill drinks, staff looked unhappy. The worst experience ever in BITP.
