Had an amazing dining experience here. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection and full of flavor. The seafood was fresh, the service was attentive, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit.

The leftover chili crab sauce goes great with fried rice! ⭐︎ Also, this souvenir sold at the register is a little spicy but delicious, so I really want everyone to try it!

Had a lovely dinner at Jumbo at Jewel, and as always, the food did not disappoint. The flavours were consistently good and exactly what you would expect when you come here — comforting, well-executed, and satisfying. A special mention to Tina Huang (manager), whose service was genuinely outstanding. She was attentive, warm, and made the entire dining experience feel seamless and well taken care of — it really elevated the evening. The only small disappointment was that the bamboo clam was not in stock, and the mango pudding has been removed from the menu (which was something I was really looking forward to). Hoping both will make a return soon! Overall, still a very enjoyable experience, and I’ll definitely be back.

Brought my overseas friend who just landed in Singapore on a tight business trip schedule to eat here last night near to closing time. We ordered chili crab and fried buns with a beancurd. Unfortunately, both my friend and I experienced diarrhoea and stomach discomfort after the meal. This is despite my friend having a strong stomach. Thinking back, the food was served slightly cold. Considering the steep prices at Jumbo, I had expected a better quality of food. It is disappointing and upsetting. I recommend that you review the quality and cleanliness of the food served. Last time I was here was 7 years ago. Safe to say, I will not be visiting again.

Had an incredible dining experience at JUMBO Seafood in Jewel. The food quality remains consistently high-tier, especially their signature sauces which perfectly complement the fresh seafood. The highlight of our meal was definitely the Alaskan King Crab. It was massive, sweet, and cooked to perfection. A special shout-out to our waitress who handled the crab with incredible skill; she expertly deshelled and cut the legs for us right at the table, making it so easy to enjoy the succulent meat without the mess. It’s that level of attentive service that makes JUMBO a must-visit at Jewel. Highly recommended for any celebrations!

Favourite place for my crabs cravings as it very consistent for the quality of their crabs. Just need to order our require larger size as usually left smaller size if no reserved.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Tina from Jumbo for her excellent service and proactive hospitality. We chose to celebrate my son’s 3rd birthday here, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Tina was extremely friendly and attentive, providing us with great recommendations on the food portions, which made our dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Her service truly stood out and made us feel very well taken care of — she truly deserves recognition and a raise for her outstanding efforts. I would also like to commend another staff member, Kim Mooi, who was equally helpful and friendly, especially in promptly assisting us with replacing fresh plates throughout our meal. Their efforts are genuinely appreciated. The food was exceptional — we especially loved the signature Chili Crab and the bamboo clams, which were incredibly fresh and delicious. First time in Jewel location. Food is fabulous as usual but stands out in this location is the wonderful staff specifically Ms. Tina Huang. She was extremely attentive and went above and Beyond service call. She treat us like VIP even though we are not. Our tea are always too us and she professionalism shines through. She is a keeper for the organization! I like this location better as I feel the ambience is better and with AC. Very pleasant to have family conversations and connections. The pork coffee ribs is a must Ty besides chilli crabs. Wasabi shrimp was big n plump. Definitely fresh. Highly recommend. We will be back!
