Love the service from 75yr old Nancy, she is always so cheerful, attentive and service oriented. Which definitely add on to our family joyful experience in this comfortable restaurant and if course their flavourful food. 👍🥰

Been patronizing since they opened in Punggol. I like the crab as it's fresh. However, the food standard is getting worse. - Cereal prawns big but not sweet and it is hard. - Long bean with shrimp is not tasty. Soft. - Stingray so small and lean meat as but charge high. Not recommended. - Fish maw crabmeat is nice - Chilli crab good. Little spicy and accepted by children. We are seated outside and it was hot. Ask for fan and the waitress was saying they do not have fan and they are fixed. She say will try to look for air-conditioned. However, it was not done as I could see empty table left by last customers but we are not offered. I think there are better choice outside and less expensive. This is our last time patronizing this.

Nancy Aunty, who served us, was very friendly and polite. We really enjoyed the food and had a great time there. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again!

The lala hotpot here is super good! I really enjoyed not just the food, but also how affordable everything is. The ingredients are fresh and the soup is very flavourful. What impressed me the most was the service. The staff are super friendly, attentive, and very caring. I came with my two kids, and you know how kids can be—asking for this and that all the time 😅. The staff attended to our requests patiently. They respond almost immediately every single time, and they were never annoyed and always remained kind and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience. Will definitely come back again!

Visited with some relatives from out of town. Very warm welcome from the front of house manageress, who was friendly in getting us seated and taking our orders. We ate baby squid, steamed prawns, yam ring, mee goreng and one signature chilli crab. The baby squid was delicious although not all pieces were crispy, probably due to the marinade coating. The steamed prawns were generously topped with garlic and very fresh. There were quite large pieces of chicken in the yam ring, which was a plus. The outer layer was also nice and crispy. The mee goreng uses a slightly thicker noodles than what I am used to but it was fine because the overall dishwasher was very tasty. The chilli crab was mouthwateringly good, with plump meat and savoury gravy. The fried mantou we ordered were a little small so I would advise ordering more. This restaurant specialises in crab and they also sell some crab merch as well as have some accessories for your selfies and wefies.

Food is really delicious. The service is excellent. Nancy was very polite and helpful to attend to our table.
