1. food quality not worth the money. Bill came out to be $39 per person yet the fish was obviously not fresh, limited options and mango pomelo did not look like what it advertised to be. Didn’t even try and cook the fish as my friend and I lost our appetite upon seeing it. Options were limited, the fried prawn at the drink bar section was cold although it was a fresh batch. Water and lemon tea also tasted funny. Pork belly was also hard to eat. Mango pomelo was simply just water, not even cold. 2. environment was hot and stuffy, sits had barely any leg space and the atmosphere overall felt very cramped. Made the dining experience worse 3. left the place feeling disgusting and my stomach was hurting. Came here in 2024 and the standard was ok, not sure why it’s dropped so much then. Can’t justify spending over $15 here, food felt very cheap and could easily be bought and cooked at home. Never felt the need to post a google review until i ate here

I do not recommend spending time or money here. Service is unacceptably slow, justified by “fresh cooking,” yet the food arrives cold. The grilled fish was served with cold soup, and the fish itself lacked heat. Rice was also cold and appeared to be leftover, not freshly prepared. The restaurant markets a buffet-style concept but is unwilling or unable to serve accordingly, which creates a mismatch between promise and delivery. To be clear, the grilled fish served was catfish a low-grade option that does not align with the price or positioning. Bottom line: poor execution, low standards, and weak value proposition. There are significantly better options elsewhere.

Went alone on a Sunday morning expecting to be turned down as most buffets has min 2 pax requirements. But, they do accept me and I would like to thank *Winnie* for the ultimate experience. She was extremely patient to make sure I know how it operates, and introduced those she thinks were good picks. Absolutely loved the garlic prawns and oysters that she introduced. She's also absolutely attentive and looking out for me if I would need any help from her. Overall an extremely heartwarming dining experience. Will definitely be back again to try more. I do need a 1TB stomach space to eat..

A place i frequent after i found out that there were large intestines for grilling! It became even more value for money after they introduced the eatigo discounts. The individual pots are really nice when you go with people who have different tastes as you. Dont expect every item to be of premium quality but selection is decent and satisfactory. The soups are all pretty palatable. Although mala is way tooo spicy and numbing for my singaporean taste buds 😭😭 Some honorable mentions: their garlic prawn, garlic oysters, sweet glutinous rice balls!

I used to frequent this place. Recent experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. There was raw meat which dropped on the floor and they didn't clean it. Also saw an insect/cockroach that was in one of the pots of vegetables. Only saving grace was that they cleared the plates quickly and helped refill soup from time to time. Hygiene standards at this outlet is seriously bad.

Another new outlet to dine-in at. Previously been to their Somerset 313 outlet. So glad that no need to q, just went in to get a table. However the closing time for the counter was quite early. No wonder, no q. Nevertheless, thks to the staff. Did enjoy the prawns with garlics & oysters. And the freeflow of chickpeas. At the end of the day, still got the free ice-cream to choose from. And also 1 token to play gachapon ❤

I find the food pretty good. Some food were on conveyor belt system and you could take whatever you wanted Other food were ordered via your phone and also delivered via the conveyor belt system. The US beef short plate was quite good. Not much fats as compared to Shabu Sai. Tasty. The soups were also quite tasty. Sliced mutton was good as well. Dessert wise, the best was the mango milk ice. Super delicious.

We had such a great experience here! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Winnie, who was super friendly and attentive throughout our visit. She gave us plenty of great recommendations, including the garlic pork belly, which was *super super good* — easily the highlight of our meal! Highly recommend both the dish and the excellent service from Winnie.
