PUTIEN Northpoint City

Excellent food, must have their signature "Fujian Seafood Lor Mee" everytime I'm back here, especially with their delicious also-signature chilli sauce 😍 We like to get the same dishes most of the time, good stuff like "Fujian Classic Starter Platter" (we love the vinegar-y chewy Seaweed so much, very happy they allowed us to switch Intestines for one more portion of Seaweed 🫶🏼), "Stir-fried Kailan with Bean Curd Skin" so there's some healthy cruncy veggie, and my mum's go-to "Fried Heng Hwa Bee Hoon", the beehoon is absolutely springy and qq 💯 Exciting because they also have seasonal specials based on an "ingredient-of-the-season", we really enjoyed "Stir-fried Duotou Clam with Ginger and Spring Onion", the sauce was super flavourful and the clams were huge and juicy!! Cold "Home-cooked Pearl Barley with Wintermelon" was awesome to have with all the great food, service and atmosphere was great, looking forward to dining here again!!! 😘👍🏻

Always a good meal at Putien. The team at Northpoint are also supper friendly and attentive. And they make it a point to remember their customers. Also was a wee lucky in our last visit winning an SK gold plate from the CNY draw. And the team was just so kind and patient to keep the prize for me for month!. Looking forward to returning!

Putien has always been our family’s favorite restaurant. We keep coming back because the food is consistently delicious and maintains a high standard every time we visit. The staff are always warm, attentive, and friendly, making every dining experience enjoyable and memorable. Great food, excellent service (specially thanks to staff named Xiao Mei) , a welcoming atmosphere — highly recommended!

We ordered a few items. My family love the bloody cockles and the garlic prawns. Price isn’t cheap without the birthday discount voucher. When we wanted to pay with dineout grab, staff said that can’t use birthday coupon with it. Which we are surprise as grab pay dine out suppose to be a payment mode and the dine out discount is on the balance payable. Anyway we paid using Fraser instead since we have the mall vouchers. The sesame bun with pork portion has shrunk a lot compared to my last visit at different outlet. Lots of onions and little meat. The beehoon is pretty nice too. All dishes we chose are small or standard size type. Staffs are pretty tentative. We paid after disc around SGD54 for 3 paxs exclude 2 drinks.

Made a pitstop here for late lunch and ordered three of their noodle dishes. Service was top notch and each dish was cooked to perfection. One of the staffs was even kind enough to share the ongoing promo which saved me quite a bit. I think for the month of May, there are some ongoing promos (freebies only if you dine in at this branch) and discounts if you order via Grab. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, super friendly to server Xian Mei.

The food quality and atmosphere were undeniably excellent, however the speed of serving the meals was very disappointing, almost took 60min to completed. During the dinner, we decided to order an additional dish that suitable for children, but be informed by the staff it would require another 30–45 minutes to be served. This was quite surprising and left a negative impression. I’ve had positive experiences at other branches, where service has always been prompt and flexible. Unfortunately, the Northpoint outlet fell short of those standards. Throughout the meal, my family and I felt largely unattended, while the next table are well-stocked with seafood, seemed to receive noticeably attentive, almost VIP-level service. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency in service specially to this branch.

I must sing praises on the food and service here. All of the dishes we ordered were very good, as usual. Recommend the fried beehoon and fried oyster. Staff was very polite and welcoming! Xian Mei was the one serving us and the family sing praises of her. Suitable for big tables and even solo!
