The restaurant is very kids friendly. It was a pleasant surprise to get free kids meal which has fried rice, tofu, light biscuits and warm barley, all my children's favourite. Can even top up the free kids meal! With the free kids meal, the adults can enjoy other food that kids usually don't like. They also gifted us a bottle of their signature chilli sauce. The service staff was also very attentive. Only thing is price is on the high side. There was TV screening showing how they source their ingredients and cook the food. Also noticed there was birthday decoration for other customer before they arrive

Visited PUTIEN Jurong Point on 21 June 2026, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. Despite having a reservation, we still had to wait for a table. We were also not informed in advance that only set menus were available, which was frustrating as my family had specific dishes in mind and couldn’t order what we wanted. I do want to acknowledge a young waitress wearing specs who tried her best to help us. She suggested ordering a smaller set with some à la carte dishes, though mentioned there was no guarantee the kitchen could fulfil the à la carte orders. We appreciated her effort, but didn’t want to make things harder for her. In the end, we felt forced to order the Seasonal Joyous Set Menu for 6 pax ($258), even though none of us wanted the yellow croaker. The Fresh-baked Yellow Croaker was disappointing — full of bones and overly garlicky, with more garlic than fish. To make matters worse, the Fujian Wild Red Mushroom Chicken Soup was already sold out by the time it was our turn. It was replaced with braised bean curd with Chinese cabbage soup without informing us in advance — and clearly a cheaper alternative. Yet, there was no price adjustment even after we gave feedback during payment. What felt especially unfair was that if we had ordered the same dishes individually at à la carte prices, it would only have totalled $248.10, which is already cheaper than the $258 set menu. Paying more for a fixed set, having an item downgraded to a cheaper substitute, and still not being offered any adjustment made the whole experience feel very not worth it. Overall, a very disappointing visit, and I’m now reconsidering whether to visit another outlet at all. PUTIEN needs to fix this — be transparent about menu restrictions, stop overcharging for set menus, and adjust prices when items are downgraded. Diners: check availability before you go or be prepared for a disappointing experience.

Very poor kitchen crew management. Firstly they do not cook their foods in orderly queue . Secondly I have to wait 30 min for a simply bee Hoon to be cooked . Thirdly the Frontline staffs do not understand simple English , hence other races have difficulty communicating with the staffs . The management pls look into this matter take consideration of hiring a Frontline staff that understands simple English to communicate. Pls look have a look at your kitchen crew management and advise the chefs to cook the dishes in queue wise. Because online customers are also hungry customers waiting for your food to be cooked and delivered asap . If not pls stop your online sales as it's not only affecting customer but also riders.

We recently held our marriage solemnisation at Putien Jurong Point and booked the VIP Room 88 for this very special occasion. From the beginning, the experience was excellent. A special mention goes to Manager Hong Yuan, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the planning and arrangement process. The team thoughtfully assisted in setting up the room for our solemnisation ceremony, ensuring everything was well organised. What truly touched us was the lovely surprise from the Putien team. Without any request from us, they took the initiative to decorate the room beautifully for the occasion. Their thoughtful decorations added warmth and elegance to the event, making our special day even more memorable. The food was outstanding, and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed both the dining experience and the overall arrangements. We were also delighted when the Head Chef specially prepared a “甜甜蜜蜜” dessert for us, which was a wonderful and meaningful gesture to celebrate our wedding. It was truly a joyful and memorable day for everyone. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Hong Yuan, the Head Chef, and the entire team at Putien Jurong Point for their exceptional service, dedication, and thoughtful efforts in making our solemnisation such a wonderful occasion. Thank you for creating beautiful memories that we will cherish for a lifetime.

Very busy but convenient location. Had a reservation for quick National Day lunch and table was ready when I arrived. Service is fast and food was good. Quality consistent with several other locations that I've tried.

I've been here many times, and the taste has always been consistently good. This time I ordered Putian braised noodles and salt and pepper pork knuckle. The braised noodle broth was very flavorful, and the noodles were very well-seasoned. The salt and pepper pork knuckle was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very fragrant. Overall, the food was excellent, and the service was also very good. I will continue to come often. A big thumbs up again for Sister Maoping's thoughtful service. Sister Maoping always greets customers with a smile and provides enthusiastic service; seeing her always brightens my mood!

I’d like to compliment your staff member Kah Jun for his thoughtful service. While I was dining, I noticed Jia Jun kindly offering a cushion to a pregnant lady seated next to me to support her back. It was a small gesture, but very considerate and heartwarming. Such attentiveness truly reflects great service. Please pass on my thanks to him!
