Irene Da Goat gave us great service :) She was very efficient and friendly, and helped us work the grill when we weren't sure how to adjust it. Would definitely recommend coming here just for the service alone

Visited Seoul Garden at Northpoint and had an excellent dining experience, thanks to Andy. Andy was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout our meal. He proactively changed our grill paper liner, cleared our used plates without us having to ask delivered our food promptly. He even swept the floor when he noticed food debris had fallen beneath our table. His initiative and attentiveness really stood out. What impressed me most was that he was constantly looking out for customers while the two younger staff seemed to avoid helping with basic tasks like clearing used plates. It was obvious that Andy was carrying most of the workload and his dedication deserves recognition. I also shared this feedback with the QC Manager, Evan, who was friendly, receptive, and even took the opportunity to introduce their new outlet in Kallang. Thank you Andy, for the outstanding service. Staff like you make customers want to return.

Large variety of options and all of it taste delicious, being able to cook to your liking, season to your liking, and everything is in your control is the best. I love that the meat is always high quality and typically in abundance, so you can take as much as you want and know it will be delicious! The customer service is amazing, Snow Ong who served us was very sweet, friendlt and helpful! Definitely worth the price, you can easily eat food worth more then what you paid. 10/10

i always come here at least once a month for a treat and always receive the best service from the staff, regardless of any outlet i go to! they’re friendly and approachable which is something i appreciate when dining here. one staff here, snow ong, welcomed my partner and i with a warm smile and made me feel at home, and we could casually have a small talk too! 😅😇 i will never stop recommending seoul garden, especially its premium tier that comes with salmon which is my fav
