XW Plus Western Grill - Northpoint City

I have been here 4 times so far and all my experiences has been exceptional. Its super worth it for an all-you-can-eat buffet, especially since its an addition to a main course meal. You can also purchase the buffet by itself for around 14.90 if you are afraid of getting full fast. There are alot of DIY stations for you to get creative and "make" food up to your liking. I LOVEE their shaved ice station. Ya'll should try drizzling alot of condensed milk on it and topping it off with sprinkles from near the corn station. TRUST ME its delicious...I'll attach a photo of it too for reference.

One of the nice courteous young lady ask for a review so I here I will give my personal opinion. This establishment is one that I always bring my family along for a long time as I love salad bars. One comment is that after we ordered our main course,in about 5-10mins while we are just starting our appetizer,it will arrived interrupting our starter time which we have to rush thru everytime so that our main course will not get cold. Menu has not much changes except is the difference sauce topping.Chicken is dry and fish is soft n brittle. Atmosphere was good n nice except for the backend dish washers staff making a lot of clanking sound while washing the plates followed by the service staff making another round when drying the plates and utensils at their station next to the guest. Tables unwanted plates was not cleared fast enough and will be stacking as usual but was fastly cleaned to standby for the next guest in waiting but the crew forgot about cleaning the floor with unwanted veg and fries. I hope that the boss can swing by undercover to spot the improvement needed so that as a regular customer giving feedback to improve as like I mentioned,I love salad bars. Lastly, hopefully the management can think of charging free flow of water at a flat rate which we willing to accept. Hopefully all take this comment positively

We went as a family of 3. Place was big and well-lit. We requested for a baby bowl and utensils, and were provided right away. Food was good. My husband ordered chicken, and was delicious. It was tender and cooked right, not dry. I had spicy pasta (mains) but it was too spicy, my child wasn’t able to get a share. We were also constantly out because our toddler loves walking around and we’re greeted everytime by the lady in front. Forgot her name but it started with a J 😂 kudos to her. Would probably go back again.

Ordered the mains and you get unlimited free-flow sides like onion rings, mashed potatoes, coleslaw and more. The variety is quite decent, but taste-wise, nothing really to shout about. Overall, it’s a simple and casual restaurant, a good place to bring the whole family, sit back, chit chat and have a fuss-free dinner. The unlimited sides are definitely a plus, especially if you’re hungry. Do take note: dining time is limited to 90 minutes.

Good selection of items from salad bar. Mains are good for the price range too.

Zukryan from Northpoint outlet has been one fantastic employee that served us. I was incredibly impressed by his service . Not forgetting his team mates too for helping him out with the exceptional service. Their professionalism truly made our dinner special. Please pass along my sincere test thanks to them.

Phenomenal food, incredible vibe, and an even better team! Everyone here makes you feel like family the second you walk through the door. 10/10 experience! Hard to come by nowadays crew/staff that serve smile and warm service. Hands down one of my favorite spots in town. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff are absolute rockstars!!, super friendly, attentive, and fast. Highly recommend!" Everything about this place hits the mark. Unbeatable casual atmosphere, top-tier comfort food, and a staff that genuinely cares about giving you a great time. And Yes North point has the widest variety among all outlets.
