Popeyes Woodlands Exchange

Ordered 3 sets of Mala Hae Bee Hiam box via Foodpanda Delivery. After long waiting , received only chicken. No burger, no sides. Poor service. Called Popeyes HQ, the CS simply push to Delivery platform to get refund. Don't even apologize or refer to outlet Manager to check the issues. Orders Delivery for convenience. Results in caused inconvenience that we have to go out to pack food again. Popeyes only want sales. Don't care after sales service. Foodpanda no reply regards to my refund. Another poor service!!! No after sales service!!!

Tables are dirty, flies all over the place. Nobody came to clean the table, spoken to the staff at the counter 4 times over 20 mins. Finally there’s a cleaner at the dustbin area and called out for her to please clean the table, she gave a very bad attitude. After 5 more min, she came to clean and accused me of bringing in a drink from outside to the restaurant. Terrible service! I asked her why she accused me, she just walked off and gave me a deadly stare.

when i morning come here order at 8.45am but here management know have order but don’t do order and here staff when I asking how long order say oh have order ah ?????????????????????????give me ur explain what happen for this ?

everytime order a ala carte chicken piece will confirm not receive, can you guys make sure the packers check properly before packing?? one time can ah this one so many times bro, the picture reference is delivery but when i buy in person they also never pack the chicken, had to tell them they forgot.

I got missing food for 2 x Spicy Sandwich (Mala Honey Hae Bee Hiam) and 2 x Regular Mac and cheese for my order. I feel pissed when the order of food happen as all the food cannot eat and have to go outside pack the food Poor service and angry with Popeyes Woodlands Exchange service Whoever caused it should deserve warning letter and termination I want a full refund right now Instead of 2 burger and 2pcs Mac and cheese become 2pcs chicken instead. Total missing is 2 burger and 2pcs Mac and cheese. If you don't have Mac and cheese or burger, you should mark as sold out from the app

Clean tables, and the staff are polite and professional. Food is nicely cooked

The food was nice, good environment and easy to get seat.
