Food is not bad but just never never never get the beef steak. Paid a top-up for it but it was crazy hard and impossible to chew through!

I have always known HEYBO to serve healthy and nutritious food, which is why I keep coming back. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. The food was overly charred to the point that it tasted burnt and was not enjoyable to eat. This really took away from what is usually a good meal experience. I hope the team can look into this and ensure better quality control, as I believe in the brand and would like to continue supporting it.

Food was okay but the 40c paper bag cost just killed the experience. I ordered pick up from one of the delivery apps, did a full meal with sides and a drink (what one would call a successful upsell in business terms). During the point of collecting my food, I thought I made the mistake of ordering eat-in but turns out they don't provide paper bag and I ended up having to carry all 3 items back to office. Perhaps an option is to include the paper bag charge in the delivery app as an optional selection. I would return but probably just buying a single bowl item if it's going to be such a hassle.

The food was genuinely excellent the mushroom and pea components were incredibly flavourful and the dish was very tasty. However, I was disappointed by the cost of the takeaway bag. Considering the bowl already costs a lot, being charged 40 cents for a small carry bag felt excessive. I fully support eco-friendly policies, and a small nominal fee (like 10 cents) would be understandable, but 40 cents really detracts from the value.
