Decided to order a snack in general since I had a light lunch at Tim Hortons after a meeting and in general it's rather quick. For 3.50 it's the market price

3rd time eating this! Love the option to self make bowl and the sweetpotato noodle is really good! Good service from the crew too

Food is not bad but just never never never get the beef steak. Paid a top-up for it but it was crazy hard and impossible to chew through!

I have always known HEYBO to serve healthy and nutritious food, which is why I keep coming back. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. The food was overly charred to the point that it tasted burnt and was not enjoyable to eat. This really took away from what is usually a good meal experience. I hope the team can look into this and ensure better quality control, as I believe in the brand and would like to continue supporting it.

The food was genuinely excellent the mushroom and pea components were incredibly flavourful and the dish was very tasty. However, I was disappointed by the cost of the takeaway bag. Considering the bowl already costs a lot, being charged 40 cents for a small carry bag felt excessive. I fully support eco-friendly policies, and a small nominal fee (like 10 cents) would be understandable, but 40 cents really detracts from the value.
