Extremely disappointed and hungry after my lunch here. The quality of ingredients and portions have gone down tremendously, and some classic items aren't even on the menu anymore like the pickled cauliflower, the mushroom barley base, the eggplant etc. I was left so hungry that I ended up having to grab a second lunch after 🙃 Last time a meal at GT would leave me full for the rest of the day, not anymore! On top of that, several of the labels for the sides and dressings are placed incorrectly. Won't return.

been a regular here for 1-2 years, food here is healthy, filling and delicious:) some may consider the food here to be pricey, but honestly the quality and effort put into making the food makes the price justifiable, not to mention the portion is pretty adequate, as compared to other salad shops that charge similar prices but the food ain’t as good🙂↕️ one thing i like about GT is that they weigh out the food, so you pretty much get consistent portions everytime you visit ++ there is a wide variety of unique food options to choose from, pretty much the same menu everyday with a few new additions every month (if a certain ingredient is in season) but since i’m the type that won’t get sick of eating the same thing everyday, this works perfectly for me hahaha i wld say it is worth trying the new dishes that they bring in! hope they would bring back the squash or the brussel sprouts😋 the staff is very very friendly and accommodating, they remember my peculiar (?) order everytime i come in (maybe bcos i eat alot LOL), so i would say service is 100/10❤️🔥 wld like to add that mila is genuinely the best cashier i’ve met, not bribed to say this 🤣

Built my own bowl at $17.50. Quite pricey for the portion. For base, they allow you to mix it up, tried the seasons basmati rice which was good and barley mushroom which was just okay. For protein, I took the beef but found the texture wasn’t so good, there were bits I couldn’t bite through. For veges, I took eggplant and tomato salad dishes, not too bad. Toppings I had cauliflower dish, slightly spicey for me. Sauce had beetroot yoghurt, not bad! Overall, a nice quiet place. Food is okay but q pricey. Beef texture/ cut could be improved.

The food here is genuinely good. However, I was disappointed by the hygiene standards. None of the staff were wearing masks, and more importantly I noticed customers having full, lengthy conversations with the staff right directly over the uncovered food display. For a place that promotes "healthy" food, having people talk over open ingredients for extended periods feels very unhygienic. I really hope management steps up their health and sanitation protocols (like introducing sneeze guards or mask requirements) because the food itself has great potential.

Probably the best „build your bowl“ I had in Singapore. It’s not your typical poke bowl so offer all kind of unique bases, proteins, toppings and dressings. A very balanced and healthy food option and I regret I didn’t find this place sooner. It is a bit pricy and comparable to a proper dinner however, I believe that they do offer the value for this price and can only highly recommend this outlet 🫶

This was my first visit after hearing so much about this place. The lay out of the buffet line gave me Erewhon (one of my favorite spots for healthy lunches in LA) vibes. The choices were a little overwhelming since it was my first visit and I didn’t want to hold up the long lunch line of office workers but the GT staff were very patient, calm, and reassured me not to feel stressed with the experience. Special shoutout to Brian, who was exceptional in taking initiative - I had paid for my lunch and 2 coffees to go when I realized they don’t give out bags for free. I was a little taken aback because there’s not way I could carry everything I ordered in addition to everything else I already had with me (no fault of the girl who was the cashier - she was just following rules. We both just kind of stood there staring at each other - she wasn’t about to offer a bag and I was too surprised to know how to respond). As soon as Brian noticed my dilemma, he made the executive decision to offer a bag without charging. I hope Brian doesn’t get in trouble for my post - I will happily come back to pay for the bag together with a ton more future lunch orders because of Brian’s initiative. Singapore needs more service staff like Brian who takes initiative and puts the customer experience first. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Grain Traders. More than a delicious, healthy lunch, you guys made my day.

As pretty as it may look, this is just ridiculous. Ordered the avo toast and I was given the sides of the bread with a barely ripe avocado that is roasted till there is a burnt layer on the top. The matcha was the only saving grace.
