Maki-San (Punggol Oasis)

Seriously, I have no idea how this outlet has managed to survive for so long. I came here once, and I never went back. The reason? Oh my goodness, the rice roll I ordered was horrible. The rice was so dry and crumbly that the moment I took a bite, it literally fell apart, with the grains dropping onto the table one by one. The rice also wasn’t properly seasoned with vinegar, and the ingredients were dry as well. Honestly, I didn’t feel like I was eating a sushi roll at all. It tasted more like some cheap, mass-produced rice roll made in China or something. So, no thank you. Once was more than enough for me.

Everything is almost great. The only reason this is 1 star is because you do not care enough about the entry exit. It has been almost a year where customers have to walk a big round to get to where you are due to the under maintenance glass door (i know its not your fault) but you do not seem to have a responsibility to create another exit (you store your items at the door) , and seems like the maintenance company did not receive enough pressure to escalate the fixing of the glass door. I hope you do more and better.

Healthy balanced meal for a good price. Service was prompt and friendly.
