Kei Kaisendon @ Woods Square

Kei Kaisendon offers a fantastic dining experience! We tried the Mentaiyaki Kaisen Unagi Don, Salmon Mentai & Tori Don and Salmon Mentaiyaki Unagi Don. Each dish had generous portions. The scallops were fresh, and the mentaiyaki sauce added a creamy touch without overpowering the seafood. Side dishes like sesame tofu and miso soup were spot-on, and the add-ons—like Tamago Mentai and Ikura Seafood Chawanmushi—were delicious. Service was friendly, and the atmosphere was great. With 22 outlets across Singapore, Kei Kaisendon is definitely worth a visit!

this kaisendon franchise is reasonable priced and the portions also okay. all the sashimi cubes ads super fresh, ranging from salmon, tuna, baby scallops, yellowtail and octopus. the kei signature bowl used to include a mock abalone slice, a boiled scallop and prawn, but seems like its been removed. hope they decide to put it back in. will continue to support these delicious rice bowls.

Can always count on Kei Kaisendon for a hearty dinner. Been here countless times, and my daughter loves their udon with mentaiko salmon. Portion of noodle is fulfilling, even for an adult. Very good price for the portion served. Ingredients used are always fresh so I need not worry about quality. Thank you for always keeping our heart warm and belly full!

Fresh, vibrant, and really satisfying. The seafood bowl was generously topped with fresh sashimi, well-balanced flavors, and a nice mix of textures. The miso soup and tofu sides complemented the meal perfectly. Simple presentation but great quality - definitely a place I’d come back to 👍

Have always love coming to Kei kaisendon to eat their mentaiko salmon Don. Price can be abit pricy but their ingredients and portion are always fresh and substantial. Was happy to found out woods square have an outlet and therefore came to have a quick lunch :)

quite a small portion for $16, as you can see the toppings do not even cover the rice and it was really just a thin layer of toppings. they potentially skimp on their ingredients as it is a delivery order, i see that the other reviews claim they are generous with their portions

This restaurant satisfied my sashimi craving without having to travel to town.

Although admittedly a little small and a little on the pricer side. This place serves great food. The staffs are also attentive and sweet. Just try to avoid sitting next to the door if you want to avoid the heat wave outside.
