Chirashizushi Shou is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving chirashi. The sashimi slices are consistently thick and fresh, and I like that they offer a wide variety of bowls, so there’s always something to suit whatever I’m in the mood for. The chirashi is generously topped with quality seafood, and every meal comes with a complimentary salad and miso soup, which makes it feel like great value. I’ve been back multiple times, and the quality has always been consistent. Definitely one of my favourite places for chirashi in the Bukit Timah area.

Came by around 615pm on a Sunday and managed to get seated immediately. I ordered the mentaiko salmon roll, chashu ramen and premium keisendon. The roll and ramen came out pretty quickly around 10-15mins. But the don took a whole 50mins. The staff were apologetic and mentioned there’s a huge bulk order. There was a line forming outside. Inside felt pretty noisy and chaotic with kids screaming and noise from the kitchen. We were sat in the middle which didn’t help as people were walking back and forth. Food wise, it’s definitely value for money especially if you want to get some thick and fresh cut of sashimi, but if you want some peace and zen vibes then definitely not the place. It’s a very fuss free spot.

Superb place. First time trying and was blown away. No wonder they're able to have a few branches. Portions are generous, thick slabs of salmon. I made an umami bomb with my mentaiko mayo, truffle oil and egg yolk add on to my salmon don. THEY ALSO SERVE PIDAN TOFU!! HELLO!!!! This is the BEST Japanese don/sashimi don shop in the Bukit Timah area. I mean it. Please take my advice. Your money is best spent here at CS and not somewhere else. They also provide soup and salad. Free flow green tea for $1.50. Attentive service. Omg I feel like going back already!! 🥹😭 (also sorry and thank you to staff for letting me wait for my group)

This is my regular go to for great sashimi. I felt my salmon belly wasn't torched as much as usual. Otherwise the tofu is still great. The atmosphere is ok, quite crowded. But guess that comes with it's popularity.

Ordered a lovely bowl of the premium Kaisendon! The sashimi slices given were thick and fresh with complimentary bowl of salad and miso soup! Even through the premium bowl is quite pricy, it's totally worth it given the quality and quantity!

Really bad experience which shocked me cos I tried this before. This time the food was not fresh… The maguro consistency was gross. Don’t know how they can serve this… and the boss was really rude which shocked me and my family. Then afterwards we got food poisoning… Not sure how it got the good reviews, but quality has really gone down. Be careful on visiting this place, there’s really no quality control and they don’t admit it too. I would not visit anymore sadly. For those looking for chirashi or kaisendon, would instead recommend Kei Kaisendon that has consistently good quality over the past few years.
