Sushi-Go

10 May 2026: Went during non-peak timing which is quite peaceful. Food ordered came quite fast. Spend $20 will have a "coin" for you to try your luck on the ice cream claw machine outside the store. Somehow it is abit disappointing cause I wanted to order 2nd round of food but the app seems to have some issue. I cant seem to remove only 1 item from the 2nd ordering, so ended up, i did not send in my 2nd ordering, cause i had to delete the whole batch. The "train" probably came too fast too, cause the cucumber in my soft shell crab handroll actually slide out and landed on the "train". Quite sad to waste the ingredients. The softshell crab was "meaty" though. Its nice. The next moment, my ebi "mountain" also collapsed and the ebi and ikura landed on the table. Earlier I saw the table was not wiped clean with proper cloth and detergent, so some ingredients were wasted too. The ikura were mostly on the table after the collapsing. Overall, food is good but hope they improve on the ingredients arrangement and "train speed". 😅

We left halfway during our meal today. We were sat right in front of a staff called Francis . Keep smashing and throwing the dishes and plates. Throughout the whole time we were eating. It's very stressful and creating an unhappy atmosphere for customers. We were really uncomfortable and when I told my wife about it, he throw and smash the plate even louder and laughed. He should be fired immediately. How can an inconsiderate and rude person work in F&B. The sound is unbearable and we were forced to change restaurant. All the customers appear annoyed. I didn't even waste my time telling the manager. The same manager was the one who didn't allow customers previously to have wasabi and soya sauce, and force us to have controlled amount only which they will put for us. I reported this previously as the soya sauce with wasabi were sitting In the open for hours. Finally this has stopped and the wasabi mini packets and soya sauce bottles has returned to the tables.

Sushi-Go offers a fun and efficient conveyor-belt sushi experience. The sushi train delivery system works smoothly — plates arrive quickly and it’s easy to grab what you want without waiting long, which makes the whole dining experience very convenient The quality of the sushi is good, with fresh ingredients and nicely presented items. I especially enjoyed the variety available on the belt and the warm rice bowls that can be ordered alongside the sushi The only downside is that the portions are quite small, so you may need to order several plates if you’re hungry. That said, it’s still a pleasant place for a quick and satisfying sushi fix

Very simple sushi place. Highlight was definitely the chawanmushi and the ice cream. Had about 14 items in total, and the bill was around $63. Not a bad place per se, but can’t beat Sushiro/Genki Sushi.

A cheaper alternative to the other conveyor train sushi chain located on the 1st floor. This chain has interesting sushi concoction 🍣. You'll be spoiled for choice trying out their sushi combos. They have good mixed of raw, sushi and cooked items. It has a kid friendly menu. Its automated, so u order from the qr code. The only bad thing is that the Internet is terrible. Even with their free (unsecured) wifi, it tends to lag and have errors when submitting your orders. Otherwise, a good place to eat.

Went there last sunday during a non peak hour. Food came relatively promptly, and service staff were all very friendly! Brought us to our seats and served us well, and the food presented was amazing, and tastes great too. Have been a regular patron for years. Keep up the good work!

There are many choices of sushi and it's fresh, the service is friendly

The food here is delectable, as usual. It is quite spacious, so seats are often plentiful. Their Gunkan, Nigiri etc is worth it for the price too. Sometimes you may have to wait some time for some of the sashimi. It may take 10-20 minutes for certain menu items, so it is best to order them first. Overall, it is a pleasant dinner experience. Staff was friendly too. Recommended to come with your family and friends!
