Had a fantastic dinner experience at Yakiniku! The service was exceptional right from the start—when my phone couldn't load the menu, the manager kindly stepped in to take our order directly and took the time to explain all their promotions clearly. Throughout the meal, the manager checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying our food. When my son mentioned that his grape drink tasted a bit strange, the manager immediately offered to exchange it with no questions asked. Warm, friendly, and highly professional service all around. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Yakiniku at parkway was really awesome!price are reasonable,serving are worth it. Staff are friendly and abruptly cater your needs. It was a lunch with a group to celebrate birthday and its a great place to celebrate special moment. Cake is allowed and theyre very accomodating. Food wise tasty and satisfying.

The set is quite value for money. And free ice cream at the end of the meal. For the quality of meat at under $30 each, pleasantly surprised.

Without a doubt the food is of good quality and value for money. But what makes our lunch treat even more enjoyable is all thanks to the fantastic service which Andrea provides! Had placed a wrong order and Andrea addressed the issue immediately. She replaced the wrong order without any extra charge. We're very pleasantly touched by such go beyond customer service which really caught us by surprise as you will hardly or never get it in any other restaurants. So far she's the best branch manager who goes the extra miles to ensure all her customers have a wonderful dining experience at Yakiniku-GO Parkway! Will surely be back again as Yakiniku-GO is one of my family favourite restaurants to go!

Though I have to say the food pricing is rather towards the expensive part, I must say that the meat quality is very good n 😋 tasty. Earlier before when my late husband was still around many times we mentioned wanting to go n try but never got the chance to do so because of the price. I like to extend my big thanks to store manager, Andrea. Andrea was very observant and helpful. I guess she could see that it was definitely my first time ever trying out eating there n she was very helpful all the way, like offering to help heat up my mushroom dish backend was considered an excellent going the extra mile service especially on a pH day like today, New Year 🎊 not only that when I asked for extra kimchi and she told me was chargeable, the next minute she came by and offered me a one free extra serving on the house since it's new year, I was so impressed and touched by that, because sometimes it's not about being calculative or willing to be flexible it's the passion that makes you want to do what Andrea did, you can see that she takes proud in her job and duties and making her customers enjoy and have a good meal experience is the key to allow customers to think that it's worth coming back again despite the cost sometimes it's the warmth and service really. Not to mention you can see that the dinner crowd was busy and yet she could still maintain her tip top extra mile service indeed was a job well done especially coming from the service team like hers. Even the servers for some were quite helpful and fast responsive when I asked for assistance. Overall I am really very satisfied especially impressed most with the service provided especially by Ms Andrea. Thumbs Up! Really coz such excellent service providers really not easy to find these days really. Food wise already is very good no need to say much. Happy New Year 🎊 2026 Everyone! 🎊😋😊☺️🎉🎁😂

Food is fresh and served in a timely manner

The food was great, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Andrea . She were incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. Made us feel valued and ensured that everything was perfect. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

Have been eating here occasionally and they have improved through time providing greater value… they provide extra rice (1.5X) and curry sauce with no additional charges. Had both the karubi & karubi + Mizuho sets and must say the latter is much better as the plain karubi is a little too fatty especially if having 200g (does not make economic sense to order 100g). Definitely a place I would continue to come occasionally when I have yakiniku craving.
