I visited this yakiniku house for lunch on a weekday. The overall experience was functional, though the cost-performance ratio was average. Regarding the food, the quality of the meat is consistent with the price point; it is advisable not to have high expectations, but the portions are sufficient to ensure you leave feeling full. This establishment seems particularly well-suited for hungry students looking for a substantial, filling meal. One point to note is the service charge, which felt somewhat high relative to the level of service provided. Aside from the basic delivery of dishes to the table, there were no notable service interactions or extra hospitality during the visit. In summary, it is a practical choice for those prioritizing quantity over premium quality in a casual environment. If you are looking to satisfy a large appetite on a budget, this location fits that need, provided you account for the additional fees.

Ordered their karubi set for dinner. Took nearly 20 mins for the food to be brought to us. The karubi still look and taste as good as per previous visit. However, the rice tasted nothing that was served previously. Tasted more like Thai Royal Rice rather than Jap rice. Gave feedback after dinner and was updated that the rice had been changed for a few months. Not sure if it was just the clementi outlet that changed, as the Westgate outlet (last ate in April) still tasted the same. Probably my last visit to the Clementi outlet.

We had our first time dining at this outlet. Since we arrived quite early from the dinner service, we didn’t have to queue much. The meat and side dishes are a great selection, and the meat is incredibly tender. The staff is also very attentive and lives up to their 3-minute rule of service. A special shoutout to Ms. Nini and the rest of the staff for their exceptional service.

first visit, nice experience. went early before 6pm for dinner, not much queue. crowd came in after dinner. ingriedent fresh, portion average. ownself cook using condiments by the side, important point everything works. furnishing is simple, useable for its purpose. staff overwhelmed but still friendly and helpful.

Weekday Monday night. Been 20 minutes and the raw food is not even here yet. Staff were overwhelmed. Only one auntie knew what she was doing and the rest just stand around clueless. Please train your staff better and change your service timing.

Decent meat. Price is ok. Seems cheaper but the portion I wouldn't say is the biggest. The meat and seasoning is alright. For a quick meal, I think that's ok.

No frills BBQ experience. No wait time even though is 7pm. Quick service and food is sufficient for a single person. Overall a decent experience
