The service is excellent at this outlet. Our 3rd time here and the staff are attentive to our needs each time. We did not need to ask for refills (for tea) and were promptly filled (very thoughtful gesture). Mila’s impressive service standards made our dining experience enjoyable. 👍🏻 A shout out to Huey Ching on her pleasant service too.

We were served by Joey, Mila and Yuan Kai. They provided us with great service and were very helpful. Some small hiccups were swiftly rectified and everyone was super polite and friendly. Mila also helped us when we were slightly off from getting the free Mofusand pouch 😋 Despite not living nearby, I would definitely travel back here again!

I visited the West Coast Plaza outlet with my brother, sister, nephew and mum on 19 July 2025 for lunch. Mila, the Asst Manager at West Coast Plaza outlet, provides extremely good service. She is friendly, helpful and attentive. This was my first visit but not for my brother, sister and mum who are regular customers for many years.

Always a pleasant dining experience here. Consistently standard and attentive staff. The place was not crowded when we came for dinner on a weekday.
