I was here earlier on with my parents and noticed even for a Sunday at Peak dinner hour,Full-Time Service Staff Jia Ling offer proactive engagement and good F&B services.We were greeted warmly and welcome in to SuShi Tei.She personalize our dining experience by recommending us the New Promo food menu and also demonstrated anticipatory care.Keep it up!

The food portion here is reasonable fresh quality, but the price is a bit high. I love their service and the staffs were friendly, special thanks to Jia Ling as well. Thanks for giving me this satisfied experience! Will definitely come here again.

Excellent service from Marcus! He was attentive, courteous, and brought a great, positive energy to our dining experience with his constant smile. My go to place for fast Japanese food. Service staffs are always attentive and friendly. Food wise is good too. Only thing is the inside area tends to be too cold with the air conditioning and can be noisy on some days.

Good environment, food & service very good

The service is excellent at this outlet. Our 3rd time here and the staff are attentive to our needs each time. We did not need to ask for refills (for tea) and were promptly filled (very thoughtful gesture). Mila’s impressive service standards made our dining experience enjoyable. 👍🏻 A shout out to Huey Ching on her pleasant service too.
