Sushi Ryujin

Sushi Ryujin , helmed by Chef Torii from Osaka who just selected to be in the Michelin Guide for 2026 . As it was a birthday celebration so we went for the $388 menu . The first few dishes wasn’t disappointing although there were some similarities from other chefs . This may not be the best version but nevertheless they were on point . As a caviar lover I just wished that there were more caviar per serving . I personally prefer my sari to be more on the higher acidity especially for those fatty fish . At the rate if Chef Torii raise the bar even higher very fast I would think we will see an another star ⭐️ restaurant appearing locally . Keep up the good work and the service and I shall be back 🤟.

Just had lunch there. Really good sushi with great service. The portion is just right for lunch and everything was fresh and tasty. Would definitely come back again!

Excellent omakase lunch with fresh ingredients and well-balanced sushi rice. Each course was thoughtfully paced, and the flavours were clean and refined. Even the somen with crispy sakura ebi was especially delicious. Chef was informative on the sushi being served. Warm, attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. What a wonderful lunch it was! Would definitely return!

Ryujin with its new chef is quietly becoming the place to go to for a special experience ..

The sashimi and seafood used remain at a high standard. Chef Torii and Chef Kai's superb skills and warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I'm really looking forward to my next visit. A highly recommended Japanese sushi restaurant.

If you enjoy fish, this is definitely the place for you. The menu highlights seasonal varieties, so you’ll get to savor different types depending on the time of year. I’m giving the food four stars because, while the flavors are excellent, the nigiri course (priced at $188) may feel a little light for those with a bigger appetite. That said, the tuna we had today was outstanding, I particularly liked the horse mackerel sushi for its firm texture and rich oil, and—surprisingly—the ice cream was also really good. The service, however, is outstanding. Staff were attentive and quick to refill our tea and gari before they even ran out, which made the experience feel seamless and thoughtful.

Good food and friendly service. Restaurant interior was polished and clean. Prices were fair too!
