Shocking service and rude waiting staff. Come here at your own risk.... App to scan the menu did not work multiple times from the start. When i asked the lady in glasses with bun up hair-(supposedly the manager) about it she was super grumpy and annoyed and ask me to open the link again even though I opened it 3 times and an error message kept showing.... She was so close to me and when I asked her about the menu she showed some real annoyance even though she was just like a stone's throw away. It worked only after the fourth time. I ordered a salmon set and refillable tea. i The supposed refillable green tea ice tasted quite bad like water and did not come with ice even though i requested for ice. When i asked the lady for ice she said oh the ice melted ! (That was it, she did not even bring me any ice) I ordered the salmon set and it took quite a while to come and had some emergency at home, so I told them I had to leave and come back later and the manager was visibly upset and insisted I paid for the food I ordered. I told her i would be back in an hour and she seemed extremely annoyed and insisted I wait and do a dabao. I told her I couldn't wait and would just pay and come back later to finish my meal. 40 mins later ,When i came back I requested for my meal and my refillable tea. She refused to give me my tea saying she had kept the cup away and she couldn't expect to wait all day for me . She said it in a rather rude and nasty manner. So i had my meal without the drink. Unfortunately the salmon also tasted very bad it was overcooked on the surface. Last time I would be coming into this shop with such appalling service . Cold, unfriendly and rude staff that acts as if you are bothering them when you ask for help everytime even though the shop was entirely empty ... not surprised why it's empty!!
