We usually will feel hungry by dinner time but it is now 9pm and we still feel full. Suspect that the chicken is not fresh. Wife also felt very full after eating the chicken and did not feel like eating the coleslaw but ate 2 servings anyway. The chicken was not as delicious as previously times we ate there (see attached screenshot of the various times we went). We stay a few MRT stations away where there are other Jollibee outlets but we purposely go to Punggol Coastal Mall because we find the chicken there more delicious. Today's meal was disappointing. Also, I requested for chicken drumsticks and was told of 10 minutes wait which I said OK. However, after the wait, I was only given 1 drumstick out of 8 pieces. I mentioned to the counter girl that there were not many drumsticks at first glance but she said they had tried as best possible. On other occasions, there was at least 4 pieces or more drumsticks, sometimes all were given... A lot depends on the manager on duty. I remember previous occasions when a Malay slender lady manager was very accommodating, the wait was worth it. Drumsticks issue aside, most important is the quality and freshness of the chicken or ingredients or oil used in the cooking. The coleslaw has more sauce than cabbage now and does not taste as delicious as before. This may be our last visit to Jollibee. I hope the Jollibee management team will take our feedback

This worst of experience of Jollibee I had in Singapore, I love Jollibee but after this outlet in Punggol coast I hope yall can close down this shop, firstly I wanted to order at the counter the female staff say “go to machine order lah” the attitude was very bad. Secondly chicken was cold and super small piece and only provide 2 packet of chilli sauce and 1 piece of tissue paper for 2 person. And look serve me coke with ice when I request for no ice and I ask from them for no ice they look very I’m patient and gave me half the volume of it. I’m very disappointed and furious, this would be my last time having Jollibee in Singapore, and I won’t recommend to come here anymore!

Had a simple chicken burger meal set. Order came aft short waiting time like 5mins. Impressed w the self wash machine. Its convenient n less messy w soap n water dispensed automatically.. Food wise..fries served warm n crispy. Burger was bit dry. Not coz it has no sauce. But prob the meat was fried bit longer maybe.. I cant tell exact.. Was encouraged by one of the elderly male staff here who nicely asked for a review if the food is good. I think its not bad based on usual fast food restaurant standards. However I would like to warn the newly opened at Hougang mall was not up to standard. I tabao home 2 pc chicken w something extra in my bag. When i got home..to my horror, there was a roach inside. Yes..yuck n thus no more visiting from me to that branch.

the food is yummy and came quick and the staff are very polite and friendly :)). the auntie told us about the free ice cream if we scan the QR code and was very sweet about it. loved the service and most importantly the food!!!! the food was soo great today and i had such a good meal with my friend. the place has sufficient seating, the aircon was just right and i love the outlet at punggol coast!!! my second time here. i lava jolibee so much 🫰🫰🫰 the picture is me and my friend’s finished meal HAHA

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Visited Jollibee at Punggol Coast Mall and had a really great experience! The food was served hot and fresh, especially the Chickenjoy which was crispy, juicy, and full of flavour. Staff were friendly, patient, and efficient even during the busy period. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, with a nice atmosphere to dine in. Really convenient location near the MRT too. Definitely one of the better Jollibee outlets in Singapore — will be coming back again soon!

I had a disappointing experience at Jollibee. When I already placed my ordered at the kiosk , the staff told me that the original chicken was no longer available and only spicy was left. I mentioned that I cannot take spicy food, but I wasn’t given any other options and felt like I had no choice but to accept it. I also noticed that the manager was preparing food with her bare hands while touching many other things. As the store was about to close, some equipment was placed on the floor and the manager was pouring liquid on the floor while at the same time preparing food. This made the kitchen look unhygienic and raised concerns about the hygiene standards. I hope the management can look into improving both customer service and food handling practices. If necessary, I will report this matter to SFA for further investigation.

Food came within two minutes upon ordering. The taste and quality of the food is always above my expectations. The outlet is not crowded on a Sunday evening, clean and cosy with an advanced hand washing system that will dispense soap follow by water and paper towel. Highly recommended.
