Jollibee Woodlands MRT

If i can give zero star and just put my review i would. Dined today 16/03/26 2:06 pm, my partner took our food and brought it over to our table, this was my first meal for the day and i was so excited to take 1 fries to eat but to my disappointment it was cold and hard. I brought it over to the counter to complain and ask if they could change, they did! With the same cold and hard fries as well. Didn't argue and just sit and ate our meal as i was already hungry. One more funny thing. I asked for a sugar for my coffee and your staff just straight away told me "we dont serve sugar for our coffee" to which i replied "how come? I always get coffee here and i always ask for sugar and they always give me" and again she responded "oh, i didn't know that" . Train your staff better. This was not the first time we experienced this.

Yesterday, my family and I visited the Jollibee outlet at Woodlands Brunch, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. We travelled all the way from the north and were prepared to wait, understanding that the outlet was busy with many Grab and Foodpanda orders. However, the service we received at the counter was disappointing. The staff member serving us appeared visibly stressed and came across as passive-aggressive, with no smile or basic courtesy. It felt uncomfortable to even ask simple questions, as her responses were abrupt and unfriendly. We ordered a 5-piece chicken meal (around $36 for three people). (Drumstick was really small, 3 bites and its gone) When we asked for extra chilli and ketchup, we were given them one packet at a time, making it feel unnecessarily difficult to request standard condiments. This was frustrating and made the experience feel unwelcoming. On top of that, the fries were cold, and the spicy nuggets were overwhelmingly sweet, which felt like a downgrade from what we expect from the brand. Additionally, while waiting near the counter for assistance, the kitchen staff appeared to notice us but did not acknowledge us for over a minute. To make matters worse, the rubbish bin in the dining area was overflowing and unattended. Overall, the combination of poor service, food quality issues, lack of basic hospitality, and cleanliness concerns made this visit very disappointing.

Same same but different — that’s exactly how I’d describe my first visit to Jollibee Singapore, after being a regular at their Philippine outlets during my travels. First impressions weren’t great: tables were in disarray, and the trash area was unsightly. On the bright side, the staff were incredibly helpful and polite — that’s one thing they got right. But the chicken was a major letdown. It just didn’t have the same satisfying crispiness I’ve come to love. I’m not looking for a template response — I genuinely hope management takes these points seriously. Jollibee is the pride of the Philippines, and its reputation deserves to be upheld wherever it operates."

I really think the management should review this outlet’s practices. I’m not sure if other outlets are the same, but it doesn’t make sense that when you order 2 pieces of chicken, you only receive 2 packets of chili sauce. Worse when it is a delivery order, sometimes none at all. Is the chili sauce so costly that it has to be given out so stingily? For 2 pieces of chicken, at least 4 packets would be reasonable.

First missing peach mango pie then open my yum burger and taste it, It has a moldy smell, moldy taste and molds in the bun. I already report but no reply. Its always keep missing something whenever i order, once or twice is ok then it happen again, I get fed up. this is my first time commenting like this. I love Jollibee but today is my worst experience ever.

I paid around $9 for each combo. For the portion size and taste, I’d say it was fair value 😍 The staff was friendly and efficient. My order was ready in under 5 minutes during a busy lunch hour, which was impressive. Clean and organize also, even when I went to return my tray... one of the staff there helped me. It’s a small gesture, but it showed how attentive and thoughtful they are. ☺️

Ordered their pancakes and sausages via Foodpanda. No Butter, syrup or jam was given. How the heck do you expect your customers to eat plain pancakes without the condiments?? Not even cutleries was packed! Is this a normal way to serve pancakes to customers in Jollibee? Outrageous!

Hashbrown is pretty good, coffee too much sugar, no option for reduced sugar. Toast is meh, i should have ordered something else instead.
