Long John Silver's

Ordered online today and self collected at the store. Came down about 20mins after ordering and had to wait about 5-10minutes as the staff were swamped with orders. There seemed to be only 2 workers on a busy morning, 1 at the counter and 1 in the kitchen. And I noticed that orders not only came from the online website, but also delivery apps, dining in and etc. Many of the numbers that people came checking in on weren’t even on the screen. It really shows the sheer number of orders the staff had to prepare and keep track of It was commendable that the lady at the counter handled it like a champ! She was steady, and made sure to check with 4-5 of us waiting on our order numbers. I’m glad she packed my order without missing anything out. Would be nice if Long John Silver can allocate more staff knowing that mornings might be busier so that customers can have a better experience and will return again

Waited for more than 40mins for dine in. Only 1 female staff on a Sunday handling dine-in & take away orders. How is that acceptable? Best part female staff left the counter mid way & there was no service staff for a good 10mins.

Worse long John outlet. Food was like eating rock. No food photo taken. Business wasn’t busy, yet did not maintain enough cleanness

Ordered this Rockfish through Grab, it's so fishy n dry. Just take a close look and you can tell that the fish is totally not fresh. Was contemplating to do this review or not, but decided to. Otherwise this standard would carry on .

Missed hvg LJS since they closed the ones at our favourite locations. We tried out the one at Tai Seng. Carpark for the premises was full on Saturday. We had to enter at the next building's carpark (Jumbo Seafood). Dining venue was small; ventilation was thankfully still ok cos there were at least 2 ceiling fans. The wait took a little while. A family of 4 who was seated just next to us and had come before us commented about the wait too. Ordered 4 cups of clam chowder, 1 corn cup, 2piece spicy dory fish meal, rockfish and chicken meals. Had a solitary 1piece original rockfish meal that looked very small and miserable though cos it was curled up badly. Don't hv pic to show the contrast of that difference as compared to the other 3 meals we had and it cost $8.90! Receipt still comes with that free 5oz clam chowder if u complete survey and u can claim it on the next visit only. IMO, the golden deals dory and chicken are still the best best instead of rockfish.

Came in for a quick bite after shopping for my vinyl 💿 nearby Kapo building.. ONLY ONE female staff attending all customers, SURPRISINGLY the place are well kempt/tidy & my order was ready in less than 10mins!! Appreciate the staff being efficient in playing multitasking roles during her shift. 👏 She prepared orders for dine in customers as well for those takeouts too. The kitchen staffs (cook) were speedy too. Great job! And THANK YOU LJS T.SENG😊

Ordered delivery and what a small portion and the amount of the fried crumbs given was so pathetic, that is the thing I was most looking forward to.

An average sized LJS outlet located around Tai Seng area. I ordered a meal using the self order kiosk which worked well 👍 The food was prepared fast and I didn't wait long to receive my meal 👍 The meal tasted pretty good, same as other LJS outlets. There wasn't a lot of people too when I visited so it's a good quiet air conditioned place that's comfortable to get a nice lunch if you are in the area 🙂👍
